**What do you like best about Sapper Consulting?**

The people are nice. That's really the only positive thing I can say.

**What do you dislike about Sapper Consulting?**

Bait and switch in the sales/engagement process -senior resources brought it for initial "strategy" calls, only to completely disappear in execution.

Lots of finger-pointing internally among their own resources and partners, and even to us as the client, when something goes wrong. Lack of ownership/accountability - there's always an excuse, and it's never their team's fault.

Look elsewhere.

Engaged them to help with outbound sales systems selection, sales strategy, and messaging development.

I liked that Sapper was established and had a process. That's about it.

**What do you dislike about Sapper Consulting?**

They didn't deliver. They were concerned ONLY about getting paid. It was a waste of $12K-$14K.

DO NOT USE SAPPER. RUN FAR AWAY.

We contacted Sapper because they were highly rated by a collegue in the Vistage Network as providing a high volume of high quality leads. Sapper didn't deliver. It was a waste of money. I consistently asked for support with no avail.

**What do you like best about Sapper Consulting?**

I can honestly say nothing has been good about my experience.  They go months without contacting you, you have to ininiate the interactions.  Alwasy excuses.  Do not buy into their gaurantee, it will be more of the same and less inclined since you do not pay them anymore.

**What do you dislike about Sapper Consulting?**

I have only gotten on the phone 2 out of the 5 prospects.  Both were way below the criteria promised.  Amazingly, each time I set up time with them to review the progress, I get a new appointment but the prospect is impossible to find on linkedin and they do not show.  Makes me thinik they either barely work until I set up time or thye just fabricate meetings with fictional prospects.

They are just a cost to my organization.  They have provided no value and only cost me time and money.  I was relying on some output and the lack of output has put my company in a difficult spot.

**What do you like best about Sapper Consulting?**

Very efficient and the ability to tweak our messaging and make sure that the people contacted are qualified.

**What do you dislike about Sapper Consulting?**

The only downsides are occasionally someone is contacted who actually wants to sell to us. Sometimes its easy to see but I am not looking for partners or developmental deals.

**Recommendations to others considering Sapper Consulting:**

If you use the service its very important that you spend time on the onboarding and are willing to wait for the ramp up to get the right leads. Also I would not be concerned about quantity only quality.

We do not have a Sales Team and even if we did we would want a service to generate qualified leads. Sapper has done this for us at a pace that we can handle with qualified leads

Sapper aids with prospective client outreach and email engagement tactics. They work extensively in building a properly oriented ICP list and highly engaging email content for use in outreach. Then their team continues to nurture respondent contacts and sets highly qualified appointments.

**What do you like best about Sapper Consulting?**

The Sapper process is comprehensive, and its content development is unique. The supports team members are always responsive, and the results ultimately speak for themselves. there is absolutely a cost-benefit in having a single organization build the target lists, develop the communication content, effectively execute A/B testing, warm-up parallel domains, send emails and track open rates/replies, nurture dialogue with targets who respond, drive home the message to setting qualified appointments, and then following up with the sales team for feedback and continuous improvement.

**What do you dislike about Sapper Consulting?**

At times, there seem to be some growing pains, as with most organizations bringing on new employees and shifting roles.  I think the reporting dash could be more robust.

Patience at the outset is a key to success -followed by steady, qualified appointments.

Sapper brings expertise in delivering enhanced and magnified email marketing and prospect outreach. The results are qualified appointments coming from effective communication tactics.

Their communication isn't the worst but their sales people lie and give you false expectations.

We were promised around 10 appointments after the first month. We spent $10,092 over 4 months for 4 actual appointments when we should have received 30 leads. Don't trust their guarantees or their cancelation policy; its like pulling teeth. Worst experience with a lead gen company I have used and I have used a lot of them.

They aren't, we hoped they would help with lead generation but they generated 4 low-level leads.

Professionalism and responsiveness.  So far Sapper has been great to work with.

I liked the promises they made in the sales process but they were lies and they did not deliver those promises.

They are liars, and you find out the hard way - after spending your hard-earned money.

They were supposed to help us get quality leads quickly and help us fill our pipeline. After four months, they produced NOTHING.  They kept changing their story

It took a little while to see results but they stated that up front. The volume of qualified leads isn't as aspected but they are good.

They were to leverage their database to generate appointments for us to speak with insurance agents, to recruit them to work with our insurance brokerage business.

**What do you like best about Sapper Consulting?**

There is nothing about Sapper that I like.

**What do you dislike about Sapper Consulting?**

Rather than setting appointments for us to grow OUR business, they continued to set appointments with people trying to grow THEIR business--and no interest in doing business with us.

I cannot recommend anyone should try to work with Sapper Consulting.

We were trying to grow our business by bringing us new insurance agents to work with. We realized zero benefits in working with Sapper. We were promised 10 leads (minimum) for a maximum cost of $4,000. We spent $12,000 and received 2 qualified leads. And, they refused to do any further work to get us the other 8 leads they promised.

Sapper does not deliver on what they are supposed to deliver on which is new client leads.  Started a partnership in Feb 2022 and now we are in June 2022 and not a single lead has been provided.  I have reached out to the leadership team (Jimmy and Maggie) and they have yet to respond.   Red flags all over the place with this company.

We had hired them to help with demand gen efforts. They were going to use email and related campaigns to generate leads for us.

**What do you like best about Sapper Consulting?**

Weekly calls, structured engagement model

**What do you dislike about Sapper Consulting?**

Zero results!  They created a mail campaign with a series of mailers targeted at different buyer profiles. Their database team culled the database. We hardly got anything the 1st time around. They re-drafted the emails again. Redid the list segmentation. The 2nd series of emails got 1-2 responses. We got to the end of the 6 month period. No apologies, no next step to see how they could make up for complete lack of success. Instead a new manager came on the call and asked us to invest money again. Hated it. Would recommend avoiding them at all costs!

Sapper was hired to send email campaigns and leverage their database to get us meetings with potential buyers.

**What do you like best about Sapper Consulting?**

Their account reviews were ok, and their set-up seemed organized.

**What do you dislike about Sapper Consulting?**

They set expectations that they performed horribly on and had no way to try and make things right.  They produced less than 10% of their lead goal.  Did not get anyone involved even when I brought up complaints.  Just a dreadful performance.

**Recommendations to others considering Sapper Consulting:**

I would not use this company if you do not have a guarantee on performance.  The expectations set versus the reality was so far removed.  I can honestly say that if this service was free I would not have used it as the time it took up resulted in 0 opportunities for our organization.

Getting meetings with qualified leads.  We have gotten dozens of meeting a month previously, but Sapper could not deliver.

I have paid them lots of money and they have generated zero results for my business. The fact that they require a yearly contract shows that.

They do all the work and landed me a few clients with minimal effort on m part

They claim to have great copywriters and they're not. There is little transparency in their work - you don't know the list size, whether it's the right list, the copy, and frequency of sends.

I have landed a few small clients. They are doing email marketing to a cold list and generating a few appointments each month... although they seem to have stopped getting results after 6 months. The last 3 months they haven't set any appointments.

We hired Sapper Consulting to help with an email program they offer.  
They promised delivery of qualified leads and credit if they did not deliver. 
When I requested the credit for missing the requirement, they charged my card anyway.

**What do you like best about Sapper Consulting?**

Tori was a pleasure to work with and she tried hard, but unfortunately, Sapper could not deliver the promised results.

**What do you dislike about Sapper Consulting?**

Patiently worked with them to try to get the system to work.  We put a lot of time and effort into it.  
The promised # of good leads was not met.  I requested the contractually promised credit for missing the milestone.  After a month of delay, and them charging the credit card again, a punk "manager" called.  
He acknowledged I was entitled to a credit but refused to give it unless I agreed to continue with their service.  I declined.  He refused to give the credit or refund the unauthorized charge.  

In short, do not expect them to live up to their promises.

Watch out for these guys.  
I like the idea of their service, but don't believe their performance promises.

**What do you like best about Sapper Consulting?**

Have been working with Sapper for a few months now, and they've gotten us some good meetings with potential customers. Everything has been really painless, and they're definitely finding us the right kinds of deals. Had 5 meetings with legit prospects set up in the first month, which is more than any other lead gen service has been able to provide!

**What do you dislike about Sapper Consulting?**

I would like to be able to log into the customer portal & see exactly how many emails they're sending out for us as well as the names of the organizations they're targeting. Thankfully,  I'm told that's something that they're working on trying to provide soon.

**What problems is Sapper Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's been so nice to have an effective prospecting engine for our team. We can focus on delivering value for our existing customers rather than spending time and energy on prospecting activities. If we tried to run programs like they do it would cost us significantly more money.
