**What do you like best about SAP Conversational AI?**

The user interface of SAP Conversational AI is very simple to use and developers can easily use it to develop the bot. The application has documented all of the options in it so that users can use them. Building chatbots is very intuitive and it can be implemented in various channels without the need to know detailed coding. One of the greatest machine learning models for customer support, SAP Conversational AI includes a number of characteristics that can help it engage with users.

**What do you dislike about SAP Conversational AI?**

It's a good app for developing bots and has great technology documentation that's easy to understand, but deep and detailed debugging can be difficult at times; of course, there are debugging tools available, but trying to track down one bot interaction among thousands can be difficult from the frontend.

**What problems is SAP Conversational AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Any level developer may use SAP Conversational AI to create; it does not require a highly trained or experienced developer. SAP Conversational AI offers a solid platform for developing bots relevant to any industry. Because we can use pre-existing chatbot flows for different languages and enable customers across multiple channels, we can quickly and easily scale to new markets and geographies. SAP Conversational AI also has analytics semantic, which helps it better understand the user's expression and respond accordingly.

**What do you like best about SAP Conversational AI?**

SAP Conversational AI platform delivers everything in one place, such as FAQs, dialog management, alerts, webhooks capabilities, event settings, and a plethora of channels to interface with. Further connections such as web SDK and botkit are highly beneficial in improving user experience, and bot UI and smart assist are cutting-edge concepts. They have excellent emotional regulation and, more importantly, support channels. SAP Conversational AI covers nearly all channels, including online, whatsapp, message, slack, and others. I enjoy the SAP Conversational AI interface since the construction cycle allows me to observe and test the built bot at the same time.

**What do you dislike about SAP Conversational AI?**

Sometimes the training of the expressions takes more than 20-30 minutes, occasionally the Bot in the stores doesn't function, such as the content variables or the env variables, and sometimes it hasn't been done for some languages. Smart help now better supports local accents, I'd want to see new capabilities, such as database integration with AWS or Azure, so that users may have their data in the cloud and in a more safe location.

**What problems is SAP Conversational AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Conversational AI provides a comprehensive CHatbot deployment platform, including hooks for live agents, a botkit for writing your own intent recognition algorithms, and cloud and on-premises versions. SAP Conversational AI is a market leader in conversational artificial intelligence services and provides an excellent platform for constructing chatbots and voice bots; as a developer, I worked with botkit and websdk, which allowed me to discover new technologies. SAP Conversational AI effectively addresses some real-world problems; the developer does not have to think much about the code and it works; SAP Conversational AI manages the code and develops code that works in every scenario and situation.

**What do you like best about SAP Conversational AI?**

SAP Conversational AI platform allows you to construct a chatbot with very little coding experience; there is documentation for each stage that is easy to read and use; SAP Conversational AI offers several integrations or supports integrations with many services; and it is extensible. It features a robust multi-engine NLP that is rather straightforward to use for non-experts in hard ML&NLP. The SAP Conversational AI platform offers a comprehensive number of communication channels that allow the bots to be exposed in the appropriate mode and customized as needed. The developer experience is fantastic, owing to easy learning and thorough documentation, and the provider introduces new features (such as new monitoring capability), which stimulates enthusiasm.

**What do you dislike about SAP Conversational AI?**

More business use cases leveraging AI solutions, ML capabilities for RPA automation, and business demands are still needed, just as digital humans contact center technology is stacking up. Minor defects may exist in the platform, and developers may encounter certain abnormalities during development (activities may go dead or fail to function as planned, necessitating reverting to prior versions using a version control system on rare instances), In general, the potential drawbacks are minor in comparison to the benefits.

SAP Conversational AI is a platform that allows you to quickly activate a chatbot and easily deploy it to multiple channels, using its conversation builder, you can build Dialogflow using dialog messages. The SAP Conversational AI platform is one of the best chatbot building websites no code, so it helps us to learn how to create a chatbot without any coding knowledge, the training sessions are very helpful for newbies, and there are many features that can be explored and we can use.

**What do you dislike about SAP Conversational AI?**

During development, one may encounter delays and glitches, necessitating revision, moreover, several subjects in the guide, such as integrating the chatbot in WhatsApp, may not function properly. There is no agent workspace in SAP Conversational AI, which is the largest disadvantage for me because if we ship the project, we need an agent workspace so that I can work more efficiently on it and avoid the requirement for a third-party website.

Chatbot requirements are expanding industry by industry, and SAP Conversational AI is developing a platform to make it simple to deploy chatbots across platforms like as web sites, mobile apps, and even social media channels. SAP Conversational AI is assisting in making messaging simple and convenient, and it recognizes that in the future, human agents will be replaced by virtual agents, and everything will be digital, eliminating the need for human agents. The biggest challenge of developing a chatbot is coding, but the SAP Conversational AI platform allows us to design our chatbot without any coding skills.

**What do you like best about SAP Conversational AI?**

The SAP Conversational AI platform is simple to use and allows for the rapid development of chatbot and conversational platform applications, the user interface is quite advanced in terms of design flow, knowledge base, and integration. I appreciate how we can easily extract FAQs from other external websites using the knowledge graph, and how the dialog tasks will be easy to observe the established task flow. I appreciate that you can simply make a chatbot without coding, and that there are various templates accessible in the shop to assist me in creating a bot with no work, and that the smart bot function is quite useful.

**What do you dislike about SAP Conversational AI?**

The website sometimes takes longer to load the content, additional content videos should be provided on YouTube for easier deployment of the chatbot's many features, I require additional templates based on a specific category. There is just one workstation available, it would be ideal if a function to add additional workspace and a bot demo were included, I'd want to see a better approach to combine teams and the whiteboard while developing a solution. Because most conversational teams are distributed, native integrations like those found in other collaboration applications would be ideal.

SAP Conversational AI is assisting in the resolution and advancement of self-service and contact center agent productivity efforts, machine learning assists the chatbot in training phrases, adding synonyms assists in offering new discussions to the user, and FAQ assists in answering the user's inquiries. Instead of sending a customer service representative, I can utilize a chatbot to replace customer service and assist with customer-related issues in a more timely manner, allowing us to focus on our clients.

**What do you like best about SAP Conversational AI?**

SAP Conversational AI is an revolutionary product in SAP ecosystem for creating a smart Apps. The best part is you can start creatign the same using BTP and it will take very less time to learn this. Unlike others SAP has provided a great use case options where you can start building the conversational apps without much coding.

**What do you dislike about SAP Conversational AI?**

SAP Conversational AI is currently in the initail phase and need few more enhancements. One thing i dislike about it is complexity to integrate and work with non SAP systems. For debugging options also can be added for the ease of the developer.

**What problems is SAP Conversational AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used  SAP Conversational AI to create a conversational bot for the Invoice automation system. It saved our a lot of time as the application was native to SAP. The learning curve was low and we got high time-to-market opportunity.

Everything in SAP cai looks well and good. The bot development ui is really simple. The bot training and testing is really simple and bot UI engagemebt through webchat or we client is even more simple

**What do you dislike about SAP Conversational AI?**

Initially I can see only less options for training the bot. The configuration settings to develop a perfect bot is not up-to the level. Even now we don't have much options just like other bot development platform. But that's fine.

I didn't see any major problems as of now. Some times I cannot save the changes made in the skills. I can see drastic changes in all levels of SAP cai. So they cleared all the previous issues.

There are many messaging channels integrations available natively within the Conversational AI. It enables real-time pilot testing across the actual userbase effortlessly accessible.

**What do you dislike about SAP Conversational AI?**

The pricing plan of the Conversational AI is not apt for any smaller organizations! Even though you can try out the services before choosing the pricing plan, you will soon run out of the free limits and end up paying more when you continue to use them. They have to offer pricing plans that are small-medium enterprise-friendly.

**Recommendations to others considering SAP Conversational AI:**

If you are looking to prototype a potential solution and to create a custom solution across various messaging channels such as 
Messenger, Telegram, Web Widget, Phone Gateway, and more. You could quickly start testing the Bot in real environment.
That gives us a lot of flexible to test it across the platforms.

**What problems is SAP Conversational AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We learned to build the chatbots about 6 years ago on the CAI Platform, which is easy and well documented. We could create a basic chatbot that could fetch RSS Feeds and show it to users in their Telegram Messenger. The experiment with the actual users made us focus on developing many features for the chatbot. The good thing was that you could deploy it across platforms through the native integrations.

SAP Conversational AI is not your traditional SAP product. When it comes to properly submitting your data SAP Conversational AI is the way to go. The new software will make your daily tasks so much easier. Less hassle, more time-efficient days with lower stress days. The features will make this product worth your wild!

Since its not your traditional setup GUI, it will take you some time to get used to it. After learning the ins and outs of the new features; that will be when you enjoy the new software.

I am currently attempting to solve the organizational POs that I currently have. I feel like with SAP Conversational AI the overall load is becoming easier and is definitely helping be more efficient.

Very easy to build application with pre-build content. Importing golden entites value using excel and webhook URL's. It is easy to integrate with SAP products.

It is very flexible, it offers a wide variety of integrations that we can use with different solutions to build different multilingual Chatbots very quickly and without problems.

I like that it enables users to build and monitor intelligent chatbots in one interface to automate tasks and workflows.

Difficult to integrate with Teams and compatible message types.

SAP Conversational AI in addition to providing the chatbot features also integrates bot analytics without the need for much setup/deployment work. SAP Conversational AI is easy to implement and get it running especially if you are already using SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

**What do you like best about SAP Conversational AI?**

What I like most of this software is that it's very easy to use. It's so easy to use that anyone can jump in and start creating useful chatbots straightaway. 
Another thing is the user interface. It's very neat and easy to navigate. 


**What do you dislike about SAP Conversational AI?**

The only issues I have with this software is that the documentation is rather limited. This is something I hope they can improve upon in future

Recast is being used to create multilingual bots for our messaging platforms. This has helped to managing communication better than it would have been if we weren't using chatbots
