My sales team used SalesPlaybook to share best practices during our weekly sales call. We shared best practices as to what to do in a specific selling situation, such as prospecting, nurturing, or pitching a product/service/solution from Ricoh.

**What do you like best about SalesPlaybook?**

Collective intelligence with my team. Best way to share knowledge between group members of the sales team.

**What do you dislike about SalesPlaybook?**

There should be a library we can use as a benchmark for general sales concepts.

SalesPlaybook is simple to use.

**What problems is SalesPlaybook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiently sharing sales best practices with different people within an organization. The benefits I have realized is that it has improved my sales numbers and brought me closer to quota.
