**What do you like best about SalesNexus?**

Customer service responds quickly. I also like that they offer weekly user training for my team. There are many options to customize the user interface, and I can group customers easily. The sales drip can be almost fully automated, which makes it great for email campaigns.

**What do you dislike about SalesNexus?**

There’s a bit of a learning curve for new users. I’d also like the search function to return all contacts under a customer, including second and third contacts, not just the first one.

**What problems is SalesNexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SalesNexus helps me keep my customers organized and makes it clear where we left off in our conversations, so I can move the sales process forward.

**What do you like best about SalesNexus?**

I find SalesNexus to be a very capable CRM platform. It's the central place where leads come in and offers powerful features to track client interactions like logging calls. I appreciate the straightforward and transparent approach of SalesNexus, avoiding excessive charges. The support provided is great, and the onboarding process was really good with informative calls to learn how to use the product effectively.

**What do you dislike about SalesNexus?**

Setting a default view to see all customers would be useful. By default, it creates focused views of customer interactions, however, I'd like the default to be everyone.

**What problems is SalesNexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SalesNexus to track leads and client interactions effectively. It serves as the central place where leads come in and offers powerful features to log calls and track client interactions.

**What do you like best about SalesNexus?**

SalesNexus offers great automation features for repetitive tasks, the email services and lead nurture were good and in genral the system was enterprise grade.

**What do you dislike about SalesNexus?**

Its a steep learning curve for some users with all the features it has to offer.

**What problems is SalesNexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SalesNexus gives us a professional crm that we can use to nurture capture and communicate with leads to close deals. Its established and seems to be rock solid with lots of sales features our team can use to gain an advantage.

**What do you like best about SalesNexus?**

I like to use this system for its versatility and friendly interface, which allows orderly management and automate some marketing functions that usually take up a lot of time, with Sales Nexus CRM allowed us to improve sales management and optimize campaigns of marketing.

I also like the attention provided by the technical support team, which is a very professional, attentive and patient team that has managed to resolve all the errors that have arisen from the problem and the mistakes made by my work team.

**What do you dislike about SalesNexus?**

At the moment I have no problems with the system, however, I think you can improve the interface a bit and add several functions. This was recommended to the technical support team and they were left to study the proposal and give me an answer as soon as possible.


**Recommendations to others considering SalesNexus:**

Without a doubt, I recommend this system since it has been able to adapt to the rhythms that this type of business demands, acquiring it will represent your most important investment that will be able to return your capital in a short time.

**What problems is SalesNexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to this system we have been able to make decisions in a timely manner that have benefited my company in productivity and in turn in profitability. 

Likewise, it has allowed us to know the acceptability of our products and services with our clients, thus achieving the conquest of potential customers. 

There are many programs that promise a lot but Sales Nexus CRM has been the one that has fulfilled all its functions to the letter.

**What do you like best about SalesNexus?**

It's great tool in this marketing operations space. The features like automated email on the schedule created by an user, as well as  the reminder notifications to the users about the actions pending make it more interactive. Dashboards are very easy to create and it actually give visibility to everyone in the hierarchy. Apart from this, I think the sync with calendar also work well.

**What do you dislike about SalesNexus?**

Not specific dislike to  any function, but yes we need to connect more often with the support team for any changes that we desire to make. A great documentation can eliminate this.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesNexus:**

I would recommend 100% to other prospect buyers, since this is a complete solution for sales and marleting need and if the company domain is in marketing/advertising this does help in internal operations.

**What problems is SalesNexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We often go into the market looking for the best tool which can help us increase productivity for our lead gen team. SalesNexus has helped us a lot in achieving the result. We implemented initially to improve our marketing campaigns but eventually we ended up using as the primary CRM for all the users

**What do you like best about SalesNexus?**

We were using SaleNexus, and I should appreciate how it really help the entire sales and marketing department. It helps us in generating more business by identifying right opportunities, tracking leads, narrowing down our target market based on our marketing programs helps us a lot in closing business in a timely manner. Integration with our communication platform Ringcentral was easy. Contact management and lead scoring help the sales representative a lot.

**What do you dislike about SalesNexus?**

Improvement could be on the user interface making it more ease for the users and also can improve on building an inbuilt  library for dashboard templates.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesNexus:**

Very user friendly plus their support team who definitely are one always approachable. It is value for money and yes it helps you in automation and maintaining the existing engagement well.

**What problems is SalesNexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's robust, helps in making prompt decisions. We face challenges with our previous vendor in getting right suppport, but with SalesNexus they have the best support team and a very quick turnaround for any issues. Capability wise, it has help manage our lead management & campaign management very effectively and improve the overall results.

It has a fully automated customer relationship manager and marketing features. It can also email prospect salespeople to call leads. Its good for email campaigns. 

**What do you dislike about SalesNexus?**

An upgrade should be done the campaigns to enable opening of all clicks.

**What problems is SalesNexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us to avoid fluffy services to our customers and also helped us to get more customers through email campaigns.

**What do you like best about SalesNexus?**

For those that cannot afford the InfusionSoft type products, this fits in fine.  It has always been a great CRM and the email marketing is good enough to automate things well.  I use campaigns on a weekly basis, as I send out security bulletins to my list.

**What do you dislike about SalesNexus?**

I currently have a one for one relationship with workflows and campaigns.  I do not see where you would ever have a separate campaign using the same workflow.  If it were to do that then you could have used the original campaign.  I believe having workflows and campaigns complicate matters.  There have been many other things I have found over the year but I did not document them.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesNexus:**

If you can't afford a top of the line Email Marketing System then this is an awesome product.  It is much better than average and it will do what you need it to do, except do certain automated things like if someone clicks on this then we should remove them from X campaign.  In other words if you are marketing to someone and then they become your client, it will not automatically remove all of the marketing campaigns the client is connected to.  That is what I high end product does.  So you will need to add that to your own internal processes.  I'm renewing my subscription if that helps!

Automated email marketing, and activities that should be performed daily from a CRM perspective.

Usability, search and sorting capabilities, unlimited customization.

I wish there was an inbox for email.  It has some great email functionality, but to see all of your incoming emails in an "inbox" format, you must "marry" it to your currently used email platform.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesNexus:**

Get a free trial and give it a try...it has been perfect for our small company's needs.

**What problems is SalesNexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage thousands of leads with a very small number of people.  Nothing slips through the cracks!  The scheduling of following up, combined with their highly customizable campaigns, you can keep many thousands of prospects in the loop effortlessly.

How many things we are able to do with our CRM.

It is a bit hard to understand at first, but once you do its amazing the amount of possibilities.

Easily organizing our patients and updating their status is a breeze. We can run weekly reports to see how good our approval rating is.

It is really easy to learn and use. It is effective in sending email campaigns and monitoring the results. It is very easy to download new leads from Lead Ferret. Easy to stay on top of call backs and the results from those.

Wish it had nice graphic pre-made email templates

I have been able to reach many decision makers thru frequent sustained email campaigns.

Email integration/campaigns.  Ease of use in making mass changes to the database on our own

Downtime has been a bit more problematic with SN as of recently

It's important that we are able to document all communications phone/email/meetings with a CRM system and SN's ease of use allows us to do that at an affordable price.
