What do you like best about SaleSmartly?

What I like most about SaleSmartly is how it simplifies communication with customers and centralizes messages from different platforms in one place. The automation features are very helpful for managing leads, improving response time, and ensuring no inquiries get lost, especially for those who work with sales and social media.

The layout is clean and intuitive, and the initial setup was easier than I expected. I also appreciate the fact that the platform supports multiple languages, which is useful for serving different audiences. What do you dislike about SaleSmartly?

In my case, at the beginning I had some doubts when creating the chatbot and connecting certain functions, especially when using WhatsApp Business with an international number. I needed to watch a few tutorials to better understand the automation flow.

I believe it would be helpful to have a guided onboarding system or built-in tutorials for users who have no prior experience with automation, so the process becomes more intuitive and secure. What do you dislike about SaleSmartly?

SaleSmartly presents challenges regarding its ease of use and the complexity of the interface. The interface is filled with many details, buttons, and duplicated options, such as two Instagram buttons, which causes confusion and visual clutter. This hinders the efficient use of the platform. Additionally, the initial setup process was very difficult, making the user experience more challenging. It was an effective solution for gathering all the information from messages received from customers through various communication channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, email, and chats.
