**What do you like best about SaleSmartly?**

What I like best is how everything just comes together in one place -WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, all in a single inbox. The interface is clean and easy to navigate once you get familiar with it. I did have some trouble with the initial setup, but their support team guided me through the integration via WhatsApp which was really helpful. The automation works smoothly in the background and has genuinely improved how I manage leads and respond to customers.

**What do you dislike about SaleSmartly?**

The initial setup took a little getting used to, especially for someone new to this kind of tool. It can feel a bit overwhelming at first with so many features to explore. That said, the support team was quick to step in and help, so it never felt like a dead end.

**What problems is SaleSmartly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before SaleSmartly, keeping track of messages across different platforms was a real challenge and leads would easily get lost in the mix. Now everything is centralized and the automation makes sure no inquiry goes unanswered. It has saved me a lot of time and made my whole sales process a lot more organized and efficient.

**What do you like best about SaleSmartly?**

What I like most about SaleSmartly is how it simplifies communication with customers and centralizes messages from different platforms in one place. The automation features are very helpful for managing leads, improving response time, and ensuring no inquiries get lost, especially for those who work with sales and social media.
The layout is clean and intuitive, and the initial setup was easier than I expected. I also appreciate the fact that the platform supports multiple languages, which is useful for serving different audiences. For users who receive many messages through Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and other channels, it makes a noticeable difference in organization and workflow.

**What do you dislike about SaleSmartly?**

In my case, at the beginning I had some doubts when creating the chatbot and connecting certain functions, especially when using WhatsApp Business with an international number. I needed to watch a few tutorials to better understand the automation flow.
I believe it would be helpful to have a guided onboarding system or built-in tutorials for users who have no prior experience with automation, so the process becomes more intuitive and secure. It doesn’t compromise the overall experience, but it’s an area that could evolve and make the learning curve smoother.

**What problems is SaleSmartly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SaleSmartly helps a lot with organizing and managing messages from different channels. When you receive many inquiries through Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and other platforms, it’s common to lose leads or reply too late, which directly affects sales and customer relationships. The automation features solve this by sending fast and personalized replies, saving time and preventing potential clients from being lost in the process. In my case, it helped centralize communication, improve response time, and make the customer experience more professional, especially during campaigns and peak message periods.

I like SaleSmartly for its numerous integrations with other platforms, which really stands out to me in using the tool. Having integrations with platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and others is something I see as an advantage, as these connections are not available in many competing tools. This integration capability expands the potential of SaleSmartly and facilitates connecting with the audience through various social media platforms, making it a valuable choice for my sales and customer service strategy.

**What do you dislike about SaleSmartly?**

SaleSmartly presents challenges regarding its ease of use and the complexity of the interface. The interface is filled with many details, buttons, and duplicated options, such as two Instagram buttons, which causes confusion and visual clutter. This hinders the efficient use of the platform. Additionally, the initial setup process was very difficult, making the user experience more challenging. These difficulties compromise the efficiency in integration and daily use, even while recognizing the value of its multiple integrations.

I use SaleSmartly to send messages and provide customer service. It integrates with platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, which competitors do not offer.

**What do you like best about SaleSmartly?**

I really appreciate how it brings together messages from WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, email, and chats into a single location, making it much easier to keep track of everything and avoid missing anything important. The customer service has also been responsive and helpful whenever I've needed assistance.

learning curve is steep you got to invest time to understand all features. It was a little difficult to set up.

Salesmartly helped me keep all customer chats in one place so I dont need to jump between whatsapp facebook email and website chat it saves time and makes it easy to follow up with clients i can see all messages from one dashboard and reply faster it also helps my team work together better since we can see what others said to a customer it makes our support more clear and organized and we dont lose leads anymore.

The tool can centralize information from various communication channels into one platform, which facilitates responses and receipts. In addition, it creates related task tickets.

**What do you dislike about SaleSmartly?**

There are still some parts where the base language is in Chinese, nothing that the browser's own translator can't solve.

**What problems is SaleSmartly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It still doesn't seem to be entirely in Portuguese, some less so, the base of the message received on the cell phone, among others, appear in Chinese. It is possible to translate with the browser's translator, as it is in HTML, but it takes a bit of work to do this.

**What do you like best about SaleSmartly?**

It was an effective solution for gathering all the information from messages received from customers through various communication channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, email, and chats. Having all this information in a single channel improved organization and response times for customers, providing a more complete database of information and more personalized attention. The distribution of chats improved team collaboration, allowing for control of each chat. On the other hand, I like the customer service. They are very responsive with perfect attention.

**What do you dislike about SaleSmartly?**

The learning curve is long and extensive, and it can become boring after a while. I can confirm for myself that it was a bit difficult to acquire the knowledge with so much information available.

Automatic responses to simple responses through AI help reduce time and manage repetitive interactions that customers have.
