**What do you like best about SalesDrive, LLC?**

SalesDrive has completely changed the way we hire sales talent. Before using it, we relied heavily on interviews and resumes, which never really told us the full story. Now, we are able to see clear, data driven insights into each candidate’s natural sales DNA and whether they are wired for success in this kind of role. The reports are easy to understand, very accurate, and give us confidence that we are making the right decision before bringing someone on board.

What we really value is how consistent the results have been; it has quickly become a trusted part of our process, and we do not make sales hires without it. The platform is user friendly, the turnaround is fast, and it has given us peace of mind knowing we are setting both our company and our new hires up for success.

Implementation was seamless, and it integrated easily into the way we already run our hiring process. We use it with every sales candidate, so it has become part of our regular rhythm. Customer support has also been excellent, always responsive and willing to help. Altogether, SalesDrive is a tool we rely on every day, and I cannot imagine going back to hiring without it.

The only challenge is that once you start using SalesDrive, it quickly becomes something you can’t imagine hiring without. It raises the bar so high that it makes other tools and methods feel incomplete by comparison.

SalesDrive solves the challenge of truly understanding whether a sales candidate has the natural drive and qualities needed to succeed. Interviews and resumes only go so far, but SalesDrive provides clear, objective data that shows if someone is wired for sales success. This has saved us time, reduced hiring mistakes, and given us confidence in building stronger sales teams. The benefit is simple, we make better hiring decisions, our new hires ramp up faster, and we are seeing more consistent performance across our sales organization.

I haven’t noticed any downsides, except that it’s been frustrating for our HR department to find more qualified candidates.

Targeting hunters vs. farmers. We’re focused on new business development, so we need to identify a specific skill set. During interviews, a candidate may embellish their credentials, so it’s helpful to get a quick summary from Sales Drive to confirm whether they have the traits we’re looking for.

The SalesDrive, LLC program was very easy to enroll, setup and communicate with our candidates.  The information supplied after the assessments was very valuable in assisting us how to conduct our interviews with the candidate and see how they would fit with our goals and culture.

There really isn't any aspect of the solution that we disliked.

The only caution is to make sure allof the interviewers understand the output. Note - SalesDrive has gone above & beyond in helping our team on that topic.

My favorite parts are being able to distinguish between good and bad candidates. It has been very helpful to not interview candidates who score 2 or less since they dont have the capacity to be good in the role.

Setting up the test for the candidate is straight forward, easy and fast to initiate.   The results are high level and over the years, have shown to be very predictive of performers and nonperformers.

Some of the questions can be answered from more than one perspective, and this led us to second guess / have less confidence in the results. In retrospect, the system worked better than we thought after reviewing a couple of hires that did not work out.

We found the best application was showing people who werent sales people. 1s and 2s were not good candidates. However we did not see much of a difference between 3s and 5s when it came to performance in our job.

It gives us insight into prospective hires.  This allows us to probe candidates in the interview process.  The results are very simple and straightforward.  It is very easy for both the prospective hire and the hiring team

The assessment for sales prospects is a great tool that helps provide insight for future sales hires. We have found it to be very useful guide to ask our prospective sales hires. What is also invaluable is the ability to get help from the SalesDrive team - specifically Dr Croner on how to approach certain hires based on their answers, questions to ask and what to be aware of. Very useful.

SalesDrive is great for determining and drilling down to a candidate's motivation by analyzing their competitiveness, optimism/resilience, and need for achievment.  Dr. Croner was kind enough to provide a thorough overview for our Head of TA and myself (Sales Manager in charge of hiring).  The platform is easy to use, has robust features and reporting, and tremendous customer support.

There isn't anything I would change about SalesDrive, LLC.  It is a valued tool our organization will continue to consult during our hiring process.

SalesDrive helps us to leverage science and research to determine a candidate's drive, motivation, and how they may fit into our company from a goals, ethics, and motivation standpoint.

**What do you like best about SalesDrive, LLC?**

We use this for almost all of our revenue-generating roles. At the end of the day, sellers can "work" an interview process, so SalesDrive has been a great tool in further vetting qualities we feel uncertain about. Also, the team is so incredibly responsive and helpful! They've held multiple trainings for our interviewers too.

I wish there were more automation built in and the ability to pull information into a spreadsheet independently. Though, I'll mention that the team is very responsive and always willing to pull the information we request quickly for our use when we request it.

Ultimately sales professionals are more likely than an average candidate to have the ability to fool an interviewer. SalesDrive is a tool that assists us in verifying our interviewers' perceptions of a candidate and showing us where more digging should be done.

There's two versions of the test services provided from Salesdrive - Drive Test & Production Test. The combination of these give you the best insights for who to hire and who not to!

**What do you dislike about SalesDrive, LLC?**

The downside and/or upside is how the subscription service works with Salesdrive. The platform allows a fair price for unlimited results, but also has a higher cost pay per use, so one needs to look at their recruiting and hiring frequency to select best subscription.

Salesdrive is a filtering platform assessment that we use to filter out unideal candidates for our sales force. Our salesforce is real estate agents who are notvery motivated or driven as an industry.

We have been using SalesDrive for the past 6 years and have found it to be amazingly accurate, especially when we have a known salesperson take it and it matches exactly to their sales type!

No downsides to using the Salesdrive test.

Salesdrive paints an overall picture of the strengths and weaknesses of the applicant.  We always give the test prior to the first interview so we have an initial picture of what type of salesperson they might be out of the gates.

SalesDrive has identified and defined the key dimensions critical to success in a sales role. The data generated can be used to validate information generated during the interview process, identify areas that need to be explored further, and offer suggestions that will elevate the chances of success for a new hire. My favorites aspect of the tool are the questions (along with what to look for in answers) and the guidance re: interpreting the data. Last, but of critical importance, is the customer service Sales Drive provides - especially the accessibility of Dr Croner.

There really is nothing to dislike. Frankly, I do not see a downside.

The business problem quite simply is removing bias and emotion from the hiring process. SalesDrive provides objective criteria that can be trusted to be valid.

Solid, validated and effective assessments and associated reports that correlate well with actual sales performance.  The assessments are short, yet predict well.  The reports including performance and interview guides are helpful and easy to understand.

Really none. More resources and content would be welcome for ongoing sales team performance management, and assessments for those already in a role for 1-2 years to help pinpoint areas for improvement, or growth

It has helped us find quality candidates for Inside and Outside Sales along with some other positions that deal with customers.  It shows not only their drive, but many other personality characteristics that are important in a candidate.  It really helps us find that diamond in the rough!

It is not a general indicator of whether or not a prospect will succeed with us. High scorers fail sometimes, moderate scorers do great sometimes.
