The reporting in Intacct is easy and searching for information is easy. There are plenty of filters to use and creating your own views make it easy for each individual user. Setting up recurring invoices is quick and easy. Prorating invoice amounts is a cinch with the proration button. Reporting issues is easy through the "Help & Support" tab. The customer support is quick to answer any questions or concerns. You can run payments through the virtual terminal if the invoices are coming from another source. **What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?** Updating a customer's address is annoying. If you've already created an invoice or sales order and need to update the address or contact details, you need to recreate the invoice or sales order for it to grab the new details. It doesn't automatically update. Setting up a recurring invoice requires you to add the customer as a recurring customer. If the auto payments aren't run very early in the morning and you have an open invoice for that customer, it will pay all invoices if that customer was set up as recurring. Yes, training takes time out of your workday, but you need it so you can operate confidently from day one. Now that I’ve been using it for over a year, I really love it. I’d still like a tweak or two to better accommodate a few areas of how we use it, but overall it’s great. I also love being able to attach invoices to AP entries. It’s great for audit purposes because you don’t have to hunt down requested documents later. I work in Intacct every day. **What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?** This isn’t a complaint, just a suggestion to consider for future quarterly updates. When we added a new vendor—especially subcontractors—I had my team upload the signed agreement and any other relevant paperwork (excluding the W-9) directly to page 1 of the vendor setup page using the "Post, File, Link" option at the bottom. It would be helpful to have a dedicated place for these documents, similar to how the W-9 has its own spot on page 2 of the vendor profile setup page. **What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you?** It’s a relief to finally have all our documentation in one place—from customer agreements to vendor agreements.
