I liked the ability to see loads at an individual level

I didn’t like having to do so much manually to complete the task

Make sure you have other systems integrated to make it more beneficial 

**What problems is Ryan Transportation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was beneficial for customer visibility but that’s about it. It was all manual entry which was tedious
