**What do you like best about Runtime HRMS?**

Very clean interface, easy to find options and customer support is also prompt.

**What do you dislike about Runtime HRMS?**

Employee self onboarding feature may be a good addition. Also, if they can add hiring and performance appraisal feature, that would make it a complete solution.

**Recommendations to others considering Runtime HRMS:**

If your employee strength is between 40-100 employees, go for it.
The best part is mobile based attendance, especially for employees who are working from home.
If you require employee self onboarding, that option is not available in the software.

**What problems is Runtime HRMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduced HR workload by using mobile workflows for leaves, claims and requests. Employees can raise requests for any concerns related to various departments and department heads can address those concerns. This reduced load from HR Manager.
