"Easiest CRM I have used"

What do you like best about Ruby CRM?

I love how easy Ruby CRM is to use. The CRM manages my leads and prospects effectively, prioritizing important contacts for me. It also helps me keep track of my sales processes, sending reminders for ongoing and upcoming conversations and meetings. The best feature is its integration with WhatsApp, which means I don't have to manually update statuses, requirements, appointments, or reminders. Ruby CRM picks up the sales flow directly from my WhatsApp chats, keeping everything updated automatically. Switching from Zoho CRM, I found Ruby CRM to be both cheaper and easier to use. Plus, the initial setup was hassle-free since they did it for me. I also appreciate that they responded to my request for a bulk edit feature by adding it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ruby CRM?

I initially had requested for bulk edit features, and thankfully, they added it. However, I would really like to see a connection with marketing channels so I can transition leads easily without necessarily going through WhatsApp. That's one area I think Ruby CRM could definitely improve on. What do you like best about Ruby CRM?

I find Ruby CRM to be a very efficient system and I'm happy with how supportive and helpful the team is; they're always there to sort out any issues we encounter.
