**What do you like best about Roomzilla?**

I really enjoy the clear overview of the rooms available to book. We don’t just use it for meeting spaces; we also have a few very small rooms in our office that we can now reserve through Roomzilla as well.

**What do you dislike about Roomzilla?**

In my opinion, one thing that could be improved is the design. It feels a bit outdated, although it doesn’t really affect my overall experience.

**What problems is Roomzilla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started using Roomzilla, booking meeting rooms was often confusing and inefficient. We dealt with double bookings, unclear availability, and wasted time trying to find an open room, which sometimes caused frustration and delayed meetings.

Now, with Roomzilla’s intuitive portal, I can check real-time availability at a glance and reserve a meeting room in seconds. The system is straightforward, user-friendly, and accessible for everyone, and it has made the entire booking process noticeably smoother.

**What do you like best about Roomzilla?**

The UI is great. super easy to utilize but you sort of need to know where the conference rooms are and how big each one is. The platform just helps books rooms but doesn't let you filter by occupancy number, for example. For transparency, I was incentivized to write this review but the opinions expressed are my own.

**What do you dislike about Roomzilla?**

Overall great but a few small changes can make it better. For example, if we could "favorite" rooms that we use more frequently so it shows up at the top and if we could filter rooms by occupancy so we know we are booking a room big enough for the number of people attending

**What problems is Roomzilla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't want to waste time booking rooms, Roomzilla makes everything quick and simple without interfering with our workflow

I love how simple and fast it is to book a meeting room. The clear calendar view, real-time availability updates, and recurring booking option make scheduling completely stress-free. It’s also great that everyone can see the same information, which keeps us organized and avoids conflicts.

**What do you dislike about Roomzilla?**

The mobile app can be a little slow to refresh after making changes, and I’d like to see more advanced search filters—like the ability to sort by equipment or amenities—built directly into the booking interface.

**What problems is Roomzilla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Roomzilla is solving the problem of scheduling confusion and wasted time caused by manual or informal room booking processes. Before, we sometimes had double bookings, underused spaces, or long email chains just to reserve a room.

Now, everyone has real-time visibility into room availability, can book instantly, and gets automatic reminders. This has reduced booking conflicts to almost zero, improved meeting room utilization, and saved our team significant time each week—making our operations more efficient and our collaboration smoother.

**What do you like best about Roomzilla?**

I really love how easy it is to use. The platform makes it super easy to see what spaces are available in our building and for booking them in advance or last-minute. It required little to no training to understand how it worked - the UI is great. I use it several times everyday and it takes me less than a minute to find a space in our huge office building. Great time saver for a busy team in a shared office space.

**What do you dislike about Roomzilla?**

Honestly nothing comes to mind. It's a great system that's very intuitive. I've had no issues with it thus far.

We work in a huge office building with tons of rooms and different companies. Roomzilla is an objective, easy way to book rooms without people scrambling or fighting. It adds a lot of visibility to what rooms are available in the building at any given moment.

**What do you like best about Roomzilla?**

Roomzilla is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate from the very first use. The clean layout and straightforward design allow me to quickly book, view, and manage reservations without any confusion. I especially appreciate the clear schedule view, instant email notifications, and the overview panel that lets me see what’s coming up at a glance. It’s a simple, efficient tool that makes managing bookings effortless. I use the tool for my company on a weekly basis, and it makes it easier for me to check the availability instead of having to go through multiple channels to learn information from the other tenants. Instead I can just check the tool to see if they made any bookings.

**What do you dislike about Roomzilla?**

As an end user I cannot customize the notifications, or share the information from roomzilla to my end users since I do not own the software it is owned by my landlord.

Understanding the space availability for the landlord owned spaces available for tenants to use.

**What do you like best about Roomzilla?**

I like the most the fact that the service works flawlessly. It never crashes, it is very easy to read and comprehend. I like the flexibility that it offers when it comes to booking. A great advantage is having a layout shown so that you can easily navigate between the rooms. Although I have received an incentive for the review, I love using the app.

**What do you dislike about Roomzilla?**

I think colouring of a map could be improved. Right now, it's green for available, and red for occupied. Yellow for those that are soon to be available could be introduced.

Meeting room booking, which benefits my comfort of taking meetings in comfortable and quiet space

It's been incredibly easy to use room zilla and I think the features are highly relevant. I've used it for just over two years now and it's been the easiest thing to integrate in my work life!

I do wish there was opportunity to contact administrators to ask questions through the site. I don't know if that feature exists or not.

**What do you like best about Roomzilla?**

What I like best is how easy and quick it is to use. Even as a first-time user, I found the platform super intuitive. It makes booking a room at CIC really smooth, for a team meeting or just to have a quiet space to focus. I also love that I can see which floor a room is on and that there's a map to help me find it. The multi-location feature is a big bonus too—it’s super helpful to see availability across different CIC sites when working with people in other offices.

**What do you dislike about Roomzilla?**

Sometimes rooms show as available when they’re actually being used by someone who didn’t book it, which can be frustrating. I also wish I could book a room for more than 240 minutes—sometimes a full-day reservation would be useful. Editing an existing booking isn’t always clear, and it would be great to have a “running late” button to hold the reservation a bit longer. Plus, there aren’t enough instructions for using the video equipment in some rooms, which makes meeting prep harder than it should be.

**What problems is Roomzilla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Roomzilla is helping solve the problem of room availability and scheduling at shared office spaces like CIC. It takes away the guesswork and back-and-forth emails by letting me instantly see what rooms are free and book them on the spot. That saves time, reduces stress, and makes sure I always have a space when I need to focus, meet someone, or host colleagues. It also helps avoid conflicts or double bookings, which is a big benefit for staying productive and organized. When I work alone in a reserved room, I usually get at least 30–40% more done compared to working in open spaces—fewer distractions, better concentration.

We’ve been using Roomzilla for years in our busy office, and it’s been a lifesaver for organizing meeting room bookings. The interface is so easy to use, even for new team members, and it lets us see room availability instantly, which is perfect when planning last-minute meetings. I also like how the team listens to feedback, last year, we suggested a small feature, and they actually implemented it in an update!

The one thing missing is a mobile app. Right now, booking rooms on the go can be inconvenient, and it’d be so helpful to have an app for quick access. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it would definitely make things smoother.

**What do you like best about Roomzilla?**

I use Roomzilla daily, and it's a huge convenience. It's super easy to make a reservation, because the interface is fast to use and has an intuitive timeline booking system. Usually I find and reserve a meeting room in just a few seconds, which is awesome. Advanced filtering options make it easy to quickly check which rooms are available and whether they have the necessary equipment. I also really like the maps included in the interface, I always struggle with the fastest path to the available rooms, so it helps me not get lost. For over a year of using Roomzilla I haven't had a need to use customer support, so I find it reliable.

**What do you dislike about Roomzilla?**

I love the simplicity of the interface but at the same time I'd also love to have something more sophisticated in the visual design of the app.

Before Roomzilla I struggled with calendar and reservations conflicts, it was annoying enough for me to decide to never try and get a room for a meeting and leave it for others to do. Since Roomzilla I do it painlessly and it takes me seconds.

**What do you like best about Roomzilla?**

It's super easy to book a room using Roomzilla. Whether I'm using my desktop or booking a room on the fly using my phone, it usually only takes a few clicks. I appreciate that it has intuitive and easy to use filters that allow me to look at a specific floor or type of room.

**What do you dislike about Roomzilla?**

There is an odd interface between the CIC portal I use to login, but that is probably more on the CIC end then Roomzilla. Once I'm logged in, I really have no issues.

**What problems is Roomzilla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Roomzilla allows me to book rooms for myself and my team. We have a variety of needs from private single person booths for one on one video calls to large meetings with my entire board. Roomzilla makes it easy to book rooms and to understand the layout of rooms on floors that I'm not used to booking on.

**What do you like best about Roomzilla?**

I like that in a shared office space, I never have to worry about not having a place to take a meeting. I can easily book rooms in advance with Roomzilla. It is a regular part of my workday. I appreciate that all the rooms are labeled with floors and that you can sort by type of room to find exactly what you need! It was very easy to start using Roomzilla having never used it before.

**What do you dislike about Roomzilla?**

I have not had any issues using Roomzilla. It is always a reliable tool.

In previous jobs with shared office space, it can be difficult to find a room to take meetings in privately. Roomzilla stops the stress of not finding a room or having to take a meeting out in the open. It gives you and your clients privacy.

cant see how long i can make the reservation for for example if someone else has reserved till 5pm i dont know when im booking i have to guess.

15 minute reservation system can be abused, but not sure there's a better system. Wish it could be integrated with google calendar.

Many team members need to split off for in-person or zoom meetings all the time, but we're on a busy floor where other orgs have the same needs. The booking system helps ensure that we'll have the set up we need, reducing wasted time and making meeting possible.

Clean platform UI and easy to use. Rapid email notification. And the room photo showing feature is great. Helped me to figured out which room it is since sometimes we cannot recognize the room name

For my usage, it is all good. One small thing, just everyday I need to click the "Today" button to scroll to today's calendar.

**What do you like best about Roomzilla?**

It's quick and easy to book a room. All those in the company have access and use it regularily through an easy access web link integrated on our intraweb. It allows recurring bookings and movement of booking at ease. The visual representation of availability quickly allows users to determine what's available

**What do you dislike about Roomzilla?**

It did have an annoying "check in feature" which only triggered 10mins before a meeting and didn't work if you didn't have access to your emails just prior to your booking. However the admin / customer support turned that off. The slight negative of that is that rooms can be left booked when they're not in use, but that downs to the users not cancelling.

The user interface is straightforward to use. I love the email reminders that Roomzilla sends before the reservation begins. Editing a reservation is also easy.

I don't know if it's possible to incorporate this, but when the auto-reservation email is sent, it'd be nice to include the floor number.

It is easy to reserve rooms and invite other members. By streamlining the room reservation and scheduling process, Roomzilla helps meetings start and end on time.

**What do you like best about Roomzilla?**

I find Roomzilla easy to use, fast, and simple. I appreciate the reminder emails it send me to check into my reservation.

**What do you dislike about Roomzilla?**

I find it difficult to edit and remove reservations. 

I also think there should be a feature where Roomzilla automatically deletes recurring reservatiosn that haven't been signed in after ~5 consecutive reservations. I feel that some of the reservatiosn on Roomzilla are old and not utilized.

**What problems is Roomzilla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my workplace, there are a limited number of phone booths and conference rooms. Roomzilla helps streamline the process of booking rooms to guarantee space for all users.

One of the best things about Roomzila is how easy it is to use. The layout is clean and straightforward, so you won’t get lost or confused trying to book a room. Everything you need is right there on the screen, from searching for rooms to booking them. You can filter by size, amenities, and availability, which makes finding the perfect room super quick. Even if you’re not a tech expert, you’ll be able to figure it out without any trouble. The whole process feels smooth, from start to finish, and there’s no unnecessary hassle!

I might say if we can have the app version or easy UI to use in mobile, it would be more convenient for members.

Very easy to navigate and switch between different floors and even office sites to find open rooms. Numerous search filters allow you to search by room features or number of people, which I find very helpful. It's also great that picture of the rooms are included in case you're looking for a certain atmosphere for your meetings.

I really don't have any negatives - I've been using Roomzilla basically every week since I started at my job and haven't run into any issues or painpoints.

We just recently moved into a new building with an open seating plan , Roomzilla makes it easy to see which spaces are open,

I wish our version included aN interactive map of the office showing the open and reserved spaces. We are in a new space and still getting used to the numbering system. The map that we have is helpful but i wish i could just click and reserve.

We have  numerous new employees as well as interns, which makes findign a space a premium on some days. Roomzilla allows me to reserve a space in advance and assures that everyone has a place to work.

Using Roomzilla to book meeting rooms in my office has significantly streamlined the process. The platform makes it incredibly easy to check the availability of rooms through an online calendar, eliminating the need to physically check each room which is a huge benefit in a large office building. I really love the inclusion of images for each meeting room so I can see what rooms look like and accommodate before booking, which is especially useful for spaces I have not booked before.

The Roomzilla site rarely experiences downtime, although the tablets we use locally for checking in occasionally do go down. Our IT team usually resolves this quickly but showing up to your booking and being unable to check in can be frustrating.

I like Roomzilla's pricing options along with it's capabilities for users to be added/removed, as well as them being able to reserve a space. I like being able to upload photos of each resource/space along with all necessary details for users. It is extremely easy to create an account and start using it. Implementation and setup with easy.

**What do you dislike about Roomzilla?**

We don't utilize the tablet because we don't have one in our space. We keep getting notifications that the tablet is down. When we first created the Roomzilla account for our office, we sent out invites to all agents in our office. If they didn't respond within a certain timeframe (which was unknown), the invite would be null. Having that information beforehand would've been great so that I could inform everyone.

It provided us with a reliable & affordable booking system for our agents to reserve spaces in our office.

I like how easy it is to filter through any rooms you would like ot book in the building based on your tech needs, which floor to go on, and how big you'd like it to be. I also like how easy the preface is to see what options are available or not.

Nothing as of now. I've only been using it for a few weeks but so far so good.

Since my team has a shared office in the building, it's nice to have access to so many conference rooms where we can have one on one meetings. It's also a benefit that, due to our office/remote hybrid model, we can connect with folks online via the bluetooth services provided in the conference rooms.
