Riverside is super user-friendly and intuitive. There are regular updates and improvements that the team communicates well so you know what's new, what's changed or what has been enhanced. I want the Co-Pilot to be more intuitive and for updated transcripts from finished episodes (versus the original, uncut interview) to be available so that time stamping for clips is easier. I really enjoyed the easy to use recording options to kick start my podcast and creator journey. Once I started and saw all of the features I could add on with the pro version, it was a no brainer! Record, edit, and posting all in one - not only saving me multiple login accounts and hundreds in other softwares, but it's streamlined my workflow tremendously. I wish the iPad version had the option to go live on YT. The editor and accessing video recordings are a little wonky and intimidating but once you get the hang of it, it gets better. I also think there are A LOT of features which again can seem overwhelming so sifting through it all takes time when I'd rather just get the work done the way I can in that moment. The only thing I would put out there for improvement is the processing speed when making edits.
