What do you like best about Riverside?

The software is so clean and easy to use. It makes you feel like a professional editor even when you are simply a layperson! There is enough 'stuff' to help professionalise your recordings without feeling overwhelmed and it's intuitive interface means that you can hit the ground running. What do you like best about Riverside?

I like the quality aspect of Riverside when dealing with videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Riverside?

It's supposed to render better, but it's impossible to download the file sometimes. They keep charging me without receipts $300 yearly when I am on a free plan, and last year they couldn't refund it because 'they can't locate the transaction.' This year they use chatbots that say my transaction is not refundable. So $900 that I didn't agree to, and I need to close my AMEX to prevent the charges I didn't agree to while I am on a free plan.
