I sell for a regional home builder and we're constantly going up against the nationals — Lennar, DR Horton, Meritage, Taylor Morrison. Those guys have massive marketing budgets and buyers walk into our model homes already quoting their incentives. RivalRadar lets me stay on top of what competitors are actually offering in my market — rate buydowns, closing cost credits, included upgrades — so I'm never caught off guard. The objection handling section is probably what I use most. When a buyer says "Lennar is offering free smart home packages," I already know exactly how to reposition around our build quality and customization options. It's like having a cheat sheet for every competitive conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It took me a little while to figure out the best way to organize my competitors. I started by adding every national builder, but really I only compete against 3-4 in my specific market. Once I narrowed it down and focused my battle cards, it clicked. Maybe some kind of guided setup for new users would help — like "start with your top 3 competitors" instead of letting people go wild adding everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
