Worth weighting these review counts differently given what this buyer actually cares about. A 29-review sample, even at 4.9, is unlikely to include many organizations that have actually completed a full annual audit cycle with Feroot yet, since that takes time to accumulate. Cloudflare&#39;s 743 reviews almost certainly include plenty of organizations that have been through multiple audit cycles already, even if the average satisfaction score is dragged down by an unrelated complaint like the dashboard&#39;s learning curve. For a compliance-first buyer specifically, proven audit survival matters more than day-to-day satisfaction, and the smaller, newer sample&#39;s high rating might reflect early enthusiasm more than an actual track record of passing review, which is the thing this question is really trying to get at.
