"Intuitive, Data-Driven Platform That Transformed Our Operations"
What do you like best about RideCo?

What I appreciate most about RideCo is how intuitive and data-driven the platform is. The reporting dashboard is especially valuable — providing key performance indicators such as ridership, on-time performance, percentage of rides shared, peak demand hours, top destinations, and customer ratings. Having all of this information readily available has greatly streamlined our NTD reporting process and improved how we evaluate our service.

Beyond reporting, RideCo has truly modernized our operations. The transition from a manual, outdated system to a real-time, cloud-based platform has significantly improved efficiency, reliability, and the overall passenger experience. RideCo’s team has also been highly supportive and responsive, making them a genuine partner in advancing our microtransit and paratransit services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RideCo?

The only concern that has surfaced comes from some of our drivers, who have mentioned that they would like to see more of their upcoming itinerary — for example, the next few scheduled pickups or drop-offs. Because RideCo’s system operates in real-time and adjusts dynamically to cancellations and new ride requests, the itinerary can change frequently. While this design ensures optimal efficiency and responsiveness for passengers, it does take some adjustment for drivers who are used to more static schedules.

What do you like best about RideCo?

What stood out to us most when evaluating RideCo was the scheduling flexibility and scalability. Our schedulers can now focus on other tasks like intake and dispatching. RideCo also had one of the best solutions to our reporting issues around multiple funding sources. They have made reporting more user friendly for us. Their ability to integrate with third-party software has been huge for us as well, especially since they manage everything, push updates, and keep the tech running smoothly. And the customer support is excellent. We meet with them weekly, and they’re always quick to answer our questions or make changes based on our feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RideCo?

RideCo has easily been the best fit for our vision. From the start, they’ve worked closely with us to implement KPIs and adapt to our operations. I’ve had no complaints. Whenever we bring up issues or ideas, they’re on it. Even features like editing trips, something we couldn’t do before without canceling and rescheduling, RideCo built that out for us. What do you like best about RideCo?

RideCo enables public transportation to adapt to changing customer expectations, much like services such as DoorDash, Netflix, Uber, and Lyft. With WeRIDE, we are able to provide a higher-quality microtransit service to our residents on multiple levels, enhancing convenience and accessibility. The easy-to-use rider app has received overwhelmingly positive feedback from our residents, particularly students, seniors and those with limited mobility. Additionally, the RideCo analytics dashboard has been invaluable to the city for making data-driven decisions to continuously improve our service efficiency and responsiveness to community needs in a quick manner. As with any sophisticated transit technology, there was an initial learning curve for our team to fully utilize all of RideCo's features and capabilities. This wasn't a negative reflection on the platform itself, but rather the natural adjustment period that comes with implementing any comprehensive transit solution with so much data. What do you like best about RideCo?

One of the great advantages we've experienced since moving to RideCo is the automated IVR solution. Previously, we had to rely on a third party to provide that service. With RideCo, customers can now receive notifications when their trip is dispatched and when it has arrived, beginning their five-minute notice that the trip is waiting for them. This significantly benefits riders by relieving the anxiety of wondering, "Where's my ride?" Additionally, RideCo’s platform enhances efficiency; 60% of our trips are shared rides, and the system effectively consolidates trips to maximize shared opportunities. What do you dislike about RideCo?
