
What I appreciate most about RideCo is how intuitive and data-driven the platform is. The reporting dashboard is especially valuable — providing key performance indicators such as ridership, on-time performance, percentage of rides shared, peak demand hours, top destinations, and customer ratings. Having all of this information readily available has greatly streamlined our NTD reporting process and improved how we evaluate our service.
Beyond reporting, RideCo has truly modernized our operations. The transition from a manual, outdated system to a real-time, cloud-based platform has significantly improved efficiency, reliability, and the overall passenger experience. RideCo’s team has also been highly supportive and responsive, making them a genuine partner in advancing our microtransit and paratransit services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only concern that has surfaced comes from some of our drivers, who have mentioned that they would like to see more of their upcoming itinerary — for example, the next few scheduled pickups or drop-offs. Because RideCo’s system operates in real-time and adjusts dynamically to cancellations and new ride requests, the itinerary can change frequently. While this design ensures optimal efficiency and responsiveness for passengers, it does take some adjustment for drivers who are used to more static schedules.
