"Useful, but can produce some challenges at times."

What do you like best about PtMS?

It is useful that you can enter all the general info that most returns require one time and it will populate automatically. For example, company name,address, fiscal year end, etc. This helps when I am on a time crunch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PtMS?

Every time I click on anything, even if it's an accident, I have to refresh the screen. It can become very frustrating. Also, the depreciation tables do not always match the specific jurisdictions tables, therefore, it does not help when the assessed values start coming in.

There are times when I can not figure out why something I entered is not populating on the rendition, and I wish there was a easier way to figure out why. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PtMS?

Simplicity, ease of use, very helpful staff when problems arrive. Moved employers and talked current employers to move from Onesource to PTMS. Being able to interacte in excel is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
