What I appreciate most about RideCo is how intuitive and data-driven the platform is. The reporting dashboard is especially valuable — providing key performance indicators such as ridership, on-time performance, percentage of rides shared, peak demand hours, top destinations, and customer ratings. Having all of this information readily available has greatly streamlined our NTD reporting process and improved how we evaluate our service.
Beyond reporting, RideCo has truly modernized our operations. The transition from a manual, outdated system to a real-time, cloud-based platform has significantly improved efficiency, reliability, and the overall passenger experience.
