**What do you like best about RoomChecking?**

Roomchecking is a software solution in its waking period.
It provides easy integration with Mews PMS and the RC team is capable of quick deployment.
You can have the solution running at your property within a week.
Capable to manage Housekeeping, Maintenance, Concierge and Front Desk departments.
Including a module for Lost Property with pictures.

**What do you dislike about RoomChecking?**

This software is still in its development stages and currently requires a lot of polishing.
The RC team is a little bit stretched out as working on multiple projects, however, have always worked hard to assist their customers.

**What problems is RoomChecking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RoomChecking fits well in solving complex reporting and task creation and management for Hotels.
The solution that allows Housekeeping and Maintenance departments to work together and exchange workload.
Room attendants can use the software on their phones and submit maintenance jobs with a photo while cleaning rooms.
This helps for unified information exchange between teams.
Same stands for Concierge and Front Desk teams.

**What do you like best about RoomChecking?**

The best solution from turning a hospitality staff into a well-working team. The upsides are the speed of the information exchanged by the team and the resulting efficiency. This software radically changes the management of hotel problems. It guarantees a fast and satisfactory result for both the customer and the workers. It makes your hospitality team excellent.

**What do you dislike about RoomChecking?**

I don't think there are any negative aspects of RoomChecking. It is a very useful software that can improve the management of all hotels. It is very important to have a serious and willing team.  

**Recommendations to others considering RoomChecking:**

I absolutely recommend it. it is simple to use and guarantees satisfactory results. RoomChecking helps hotels pay attention to details, understand guests and service their needs. It makes addressing the expectation guests have prior to arriving easy to meet. The system will automate, track, and audit the myriad of details so you maintain standards. Don't miss this opportunity! You will not regret it and you will see the improvement and positive changes. 

**What problems is RoomChecking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have improved teamwork, customer satisfaction and the growth of positive reviews on Booking, TripAdvisor and Google. I solved the problems of maintenance and cleaning of the rooms when there are early check-ins thanks to the rapid and easy exchange of software information. RoomCkecking has with no doubt improved my work. I also improved my collaboration and relationship with the whole team and I was always satisfied at the end of the work.

The only thing was the application wasnt so user friendly

It helps to manage your property and take care of your bussiness, if it is a hotel, a B&B ,etc

Ease of use, ability to manage properties from corporate level.  Assist with our service auditing.  Integration with technology platforms

N/A we have yet to discover anything we are unhappy with.

Great product, competitively priced, flexible to make backend edits for needs of customer
