Easy and straignfoward to use and onboard. The cloud-based approach makes it easy to implement with a simple onboarding process. As a daily user of the ticketing system, I find it easy to use since it integrates with outlook. The customer support is also great readily available via support email, and sometimes a call away if needed. easy tracking of the tickets helps me remain organized, with intuitive reporting on the tickets and issues raised.
