What I Like Best About Reveal

Reveal stands out for its powerful AI-driven analytics, intuitive interface, and robust automation capabilities. What do you like best about Reveal (Platform)?

It's cost effective and it has a fairly intuitive AI for end users. Training and documentation has greatly improved. Our CSM is amazing and he is someone I want to keep working with. Reveal continues to add new features that enhance the tool (i.e. ASK). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reveal (Platform)?

Continual issues and bugs plague the system. Our team has to put in numerous hours to work around Reveal's limitations/bugs to ensure client needs are met. I am on my third user account because the first two had problems that couldn't be figured out. Reporting is difficult and trying to determine data sizes, etc. is a manual process for our team. The helpdesk at one point improved, but we have seen much slower response times and poor results requiring escalation.

Example issues:

Search functionality changes without clear notice or documentation when the functionality can drastically impact client work (change in indexing of special characters, etc.)

Inability to appropriately lockdown areas of the system to safely allow multiple parties in the database.

Pushing out changes without notification (people started seeing the pdf viewer before we could prepare clients and it was officially rolled out)

Database performance - general slowness; inability to log in at times or receive errors.

Redaction options are poor.

Database sizes drastically changing without being able to determine why.

Delays in coding and other updates especially when review teams are in the database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
