Its not as straight forward as advertised and when you need help, real people are not available. **What problems is Rethink by Buildout solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its an automated syatem to reack deals, create some marketing materials and supposiddly sysndicate advertising. ### 2. They already understand and built a tool specifically to fit your needs. **What do you dislike about Rethink by Buildout?** There aren't as many integrations as I'd like, but I'm sure that will come with time. **What problems is Rethink by Buildout solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our team was previously operating without a CRM and our property marketing platform was outdated. Buildout has given us the CRM we needed and the ability to connect the information and contacts to properties, without the steep learning curve that other solutions demand. ### 3.
