**What do you like best about Reputology?**

Reputology was recommended by a member of a Facebook group I belong to as a great tool they use to monitor online reviews. I requested a demo and received an immediate response. The demo blew me away! Reputology offers the analytics that I was looking for and then some. It will definitely help our clients monitor their online reputation while addressing concerns from their customers. 

**What do you dislike about Reputology?**

I don't really have any dislikes at this time.

**Recommendations to others considering Reputology:**

They are very responsive to your questions and concerns and willing to work with you to ensure a great experience which is a huge asset when you are just getting started.

**What problems is Reputology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We recently started working with a company that has multiple businesses in the same community and were looking for a way to determine how their businesses are perceived online. Reputology fits the bill by saving our team hours of combing through reviews to analyze their online footprint. Additionally, Reputology provides the ability for our client to move beyond the paper surveys they currently use and instead direct their guests to an online survey which can be more easily tracked.

**What do you like best about Reputology?**

The platform is easy to use, the reporting is stout, the organization is phenomenal. I love the software.

**What do you dislike about Reputology?**

Would love to see more sites monitored in my focus niche (senior care).

**Recommendations to others considering Reputology:**

My experience has been nothing but pleasant. The sales process to the onboarding process to the actual implementation of the system has been seamless.

**What problems is Reputology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform allows us to monitor the online reputations of our clients, report to them when negative reviews are received, and respond accordingly quickly and effectively.

**What do you like best about Reputology?**

I really like how it takes information from many different sites and brings all information to me!  I don't have to go to many sites to track the reviews and comments.  The data is put into charts that help the presentation to company executives. I am very excited to be using this prodcut

**What do you dislike about Reputology?**

At this time I do not have any dislikes, I am enjoying the ease of use of reputology and honestly have no issues to report at all

I think it is  a great product and it is easy to use definitely worth the investment!

At this time I am able to look at all of the comments from multiple sites and decide if there are changes that may need to be made as a result

**What do you like best about Reputology?**

The constant touch points from Jack and that there's a central hub of reviews I can check at-a-glance. 

**What do you dislike about Reputology?**

No Yelp and I would say that's about it. Not liking that there's a minimum of characters required to complete this survey.

None so far.

The regular updates that are all housed in one area. 

**What do you dislike about Reputology?**

No Yelp integration. I know that platform is hard to deal with, but it's a necessary evil for us agency people to track.

The simplicity! Gets the job done! So easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Reputology?**

Cannot save responses. You can't just get one companies analytics, you have to apply and re-apply filters. 

**What problems is Reputology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Papa John's is currently going through a rough patch and Reputology has helped us stay on top of things and not miss one review. Benefits are primarily the simplicity and the survey feature!

This is a great platform, most or all your needs will be met with the management of reviews.  It would be nice to have reviews from Yelp but you can get real time updates from them directly.

Web-based application, easy to use on any device, well-designed interface, Hootsuite integration..

**What do you dislike about Reputology?**

Would like the ability to adjust the parameters on auto-generated reports.

**What problems is Reputology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Reputology to manage reviews for 9 properties. It allows us to collaborate as a team and always know the status of a review. The notes feature allows us to document progress and keep a record of all responses. The reporting is simple and efficient. What used to take us hours each day is now streamlined into a smooth, efficient process. Awesome time saver!

Reputology is great a keep everything in one place and then letting me know if there is ever a review missed.

It's doesn't have the prettiest backend.

It helps to ensure that I haven't missed any online reviews and recaps the week nicely with an email.

Reputology made it easy to identify reputation trends and issues across our franchise system. 

**What do you dislike about Reputology?**

The recent omission of Yelp data from their system became an obstacle for us.

**Recommendations to others considering Reputology:**

Their analysis tools can help give context to bulk reviews. It's well worth pursuing  f you can look past the lack of Yelp data.

**What problems is Reputology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to monitor, reply to, and address online reviews for our many businesses is essential. We've gained insight into how our restaurants are performing in the eyes of customers.
