**What do you like best about Grade.us?**

is how simple it makes the entire review collection process. Instead of manually asking customers for feedback, we can automate review requests through email and SMS, which saves a lot of time. The review funnel feature is especially useful because it guides customers step-by-step to leave reviews on platforms like Google or Facebook without confusion.
Also, the white-label option is a big advantage for agencies like us. We can present it as part of our own service, which adds value to clients. The dashboard is easy to use, and managing multiple clients or locations in one place is very convenient.

**What do you dislike about Grade.us?**

One downside is that pricing can feel a bit high, especially for smaller teams or when scaling across many clients. Also, while customization is available, some areas like email templates or campaign flows could be a bit more flexible and modern.

It takes a little time to fully understand all features in the beginning, but once you get used to it, it becomes easier.

**What problems is Grade.us solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grade.us solves one of the biggest challenges we faced consistently collecting genuine customer reviews and managing our online reputation across multiple platforms. Earlier, the process was mostly manual. We had to remind customers individually, and even then, only a small percentage would actually leave reviews. It was time-consuming and not very effective.
With Grade.us, this entire process is automated. We set up email and SMS campaigns that go out to customers at the right time, which has significantly increased our review response rate. The review funnel is especially helpful because it directs satisfied customers to leave public reviews while capturing internal feedback from unhappy users. This helps us improve service quality without negatively impacting our ratings.
Another major benefit is centralized review management. Instead of checking different platforms separately, we can monitor and respond to reviews from one dashboard. This has improved our response time and helped us maintain a more professional and consistent brand image.

Grade.us has a great support team that is available to help you out with any issues you may have.  We use Grade.us to grow our agency's offering and grow our clients reviews and online reputation. They have always been there to support my agency and my team. They come out with new features, updates, and reporting that helps our business stay ahead of the market.

**What do you dislike about Grade.us?**

There is not much I dislike about Grade.us. There is a bit of restriction on email customization for review requests. However, this may be an area that they do have customization features that haven't been shown to my agency yet.

I would advise you to explore the other products that compete with Grade.us. I think you will see that Grade.us has all the features you need for your online review reputation for your business or agency clients.

**What do you like best about Grade.us?**

Hands down, the support.  Anytime I need something, have a silly question, or just need clarification they are all over it.  I never wait more than 10 minutes for a response.  The platform itself is great and serves the needs of over 1000 clients we have on it.  I also like that there are ongoing improvements and not staying static.

**What do you dislike about Grade.us?**

I wish there was a mobile app for users of the platform.  Other than that, I like the simplicity of the system.  There have been issues of late when it comes to adding SMS numbers in large cities, which causes issues with the clients.

What are you waiting for?  Do it.

We are improving the reputation of our Agency clients as well over 1000 coaching students who are improving their own agencies.  Grade Us allows us to offer a critical service at an aggressive price point that is obtainable by any small business.

It helps us automate customer feedback and manage customer relationships. I like how easy it is to use and that it allows us to reach out to past customers for additional feedback. The reports are also helpful. It is linked with all the major review sites that we use like Yelp, Google+, and FourSquare.

**What do you like best about Grade.us?**

As a user of a previous system (Reputation Loop) my account was moved to Grade.Us after Reputation Loop was purchased. Although the migration was a bit rocky, I like the ability to fully customize the review experience for my members. As an agency, we need flexibility in how we help our own clients generate reviews. The software provides multiple review stream widgets, as well as customizable email and text campaigns. However, what keeps me with Grade.Us is our support contact, Valerie. Val was our support contact at Reputation Loop, and moved to Grade.Us to support us here. Val is by far the best customer support person I've ever dealt with, going above and beyond to help us get the most out of the system and to help us work through the bugs and issues that pop up with any software. Val is tireless in her quest to make us happy and help us provide the best support to our own members. A software product is nothing without support, and Val helps to offset any other failings we find with the platform.

**What do you dislike about Grade.us?**

There are a few issues I dislike, but not anything that would stop me from using the software. I would like some new features, and like many users I would always like bugs to be fixed faster, but overall I'm a happy user.

the ability to manage all accounts from on log in, can provide user's magic links instead of giving full access to profiles, the ability to enable API keys for websites.

Very easy to use and set up new clients. The onboarding process is less than 10 minutes per client. And the customer support has been great. The few times I've had questions/issues they team has been quick to respond and resolve everything. You can easily embed the code into websites and also set up email drip campaigns to ask for feedback from recent customer/patients.

**What do you dislike about Grade.us?**

There is honestly nothing about Grade.us I dislike. I've been using it for years and it's a great solution for our needs. The pricing is very fair and it's easy to set up and use with our clients. I wish all of our agency software tool platforms were this well designed and managed.

Give Grade.us a serious look if you're responsible for managing multiple clients/accounts.

Every business online today needs to be aware of online reviews. Grade.us allows us to easily manage/track reviews as they are posted but even more importantly, helps us help our clients proactively solicit feedback (and reviews). Grade.us is very user friendly, I was able to quickly navigate the system and start using before I received my welcome orientation.  The Customer Support is wonderful, they walked me through the entire platform, ensured I had set everything appropriately and made sure that I knew all of the tips and tricks.  We have received great responses from our clients and have found this to be a wonderful way to gather new reviews, and find out about concerns clients have and quickly fix those concerns.

I don't have any dislikes at the moment.  The reporting feature is great, and the ease of use is wonderful.

We have struggled with getting reviews in the past, having a direct link and a drip campaign to gather these reviews has been wonderful.  This also allows us to filter out some of the more negative reviews, and has made us aware of concerns and issues clients had that weren't being communicated to us.  This has given us the opportunity to go and make things right.

From the agency side perspective,  the client setup is fast and easy. There is a little bit of a learning curve as is the case when using any new software system. But after you set up a few accounts it becomes super simple! 

From a client perspective, my clients really like it. Conversion rates from request to review are great in comparison to other reputation management systems that they've used in the past.

I was able to increase our Google rating from 1.8 stars to 3.9 in one year.

The fact that we can text Review Requests.

Several issues are not working properly, like the texting on our account.  The GUI is a bit cumbersome and difficult to understand.  It needs to be more streamlined.  Also, feature enhancements should be more frequent and everyone should be notified by email when enhancements have been implemented.

I am having a hard time make sure that customers are not overwhelmed with texts and emails with the way we have setup the account.  Also, an OPEN API needs to be implemented with Zapier at a minimum.  Also we use Infusionsoft and want FULL INTEGRATION with Infusionsoft so that we can AUTOMATE customer Review feedback directly into the customer record.  We came over for ReputationLoop over a year ago and this still has not been implemented as of yet.

Simple, straight-forward funnel creation, intelligent review request followups. Support is quick to respond and very helpful, the knowledge base resource is also great.

Some sort of alerts or notifications for profiles who are below a click-to-review threshold would be helpful. It would save time trouble shooting profiles.

Ease of use. Simplicity of layout allows you to get to things quickly and run product demos for clients with ease. It tracks multiple areas of the process so I can see accurately what my funnels are doing and what is working versus not working for my clients. They have a high level of setting that allow me to refine each clients funnel accordingly to best serve their business.

**What do you dislike about Grade.us?**

Their Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down funnel does not alert clients of that feedback. Their Zapier API is limited, but functional. I think this could really round out a stronger offering.

**Recommendations to others considering Grade.us:**

It's a strong competitor and priced reasonably well. You know your client best, so I would just make sure they have the features you most need to serve your clients properly.

Grade Us is easy to use and allows multiple review platforms to be offered to reviewers. The fact it walks them through how to leave a review is great.

If there is one thing that made our adoption of the Grade.US program so smooth and successful, it was the support provided by the company.  There are tons of software companies, but, in my mind, they are distinguished by the live people behind the code.  At Grade.US, the person I with whom I have spoken most often (by phone or chat) is a lady named Valarie.  She could not have been more patient with my endless questions.  I felt stupid sometimes, but she never made me feel stupid for asking the question.  I can see us being partners with Grade.US long into the future with support like we get from the company.  Thanks to Val.

The lack of training videos for the various components of the software.  The support is largely based on ZenDesk questions and answers and it is challenging to find questions that are articulated the same way i might ask them.

The best part about Grade.Us review software is that it helps segment positive and negative reviews and sends prompt notifications whenever you get a new review. It's super easy to go in and respond to customer reviews right away. All of the messaging can be easily customized to keep consistent with your brand. The platform is super easy to use as well. I also love being able to see how customers interact with the software so that we have the knowledge we need to modify our outreach for review invitations if we need to do so.

I really don't have any complaints about this software. The hardest part about implementing this solution at a new office is finding where it fits into the daily workload that staff members already have. It that transition can be made smoothly, then the results are usually great.

We've been able to easily monitor our online reviews and provide a better customer experience with the feedback we receive. When a new review comes in, we are promptly notified and can respond to the customer right away. We use Grade.Us on behalf of a client to aggregate their company reviews. Our client is a manufacturer and therefore the reviews are mainly related to the recruitment process. We have run into issues with aggregating Glassdoor with other platforms but was able to find a workaround to keep all data in one spot. Grade.Us provides a dashboard to help monitor and manage reviews on an ongoing basis.

Easy to set up, accessible, and easy for end users to leave reviews. Too often, satisfied customers remain silent about the quality service they received while unhappy ones make a lot of noise. The software is easy to use.

I don't like the ticky-tack pricing model that adds cost for every little detail that's hard to pinpoint, but I think it would be the white label of the panel that I don't have much to say about what we don't do. I believe I lose many leads to comments because they are turned into spam and the potential client never sees the email and committed to providing a review.

Furthermore, ask someone to connect to the Google Review page. Take a look at the competition - these guys are tough to beat, as the cost versus features is very helpful in saving us a fortune and one person can handle what used to take 4.

We are striving as an entire company between the two offices to acquire 1,000 reviews, so that we maintain a firm position in our industry. Salesforce can easily allow a customer to leave a review in a few steps instead of 10. We couldn't be happier with the success we've had in implementing this product. It gave us this solution that only requires our customers to add names and emails and let the system take care of everything else.

I like this system because it allows me to monitor all the social networks, we handle, without a doubt Grade.us allows us to keep our customers satisfied. Because with this software we can receive both good and bad opinions.

i really like the ease of setup for Grade.Us. We are a partner who white labels their ORM services, and setting up a new client is super quick -- I'm talking maybe 30 minutes. The widget is attractive, looks great on a website. I also love the review audit that we're able to conduct, and can feature a tool on our website as to where companies can check their own reviews. We've gotten a few leads from that! This is also where I would rave about their negative review interception function -- how if someone clicks a lower than average rating for you, the software offers to let the customer bypass the review and send the client an email to rectify their issue. Used to LOVE this, but now it's frowned upon by Google, so, my love needs to die.

**What do you dislike about Grade.us?**

While its not Grade.Us's fault that Google started being more protective of consumers (haha), something that I did NOT enjoy during our time with Grade.Us is the lack of help from their tech team. There were quite a few times where I inquired about some code - specifically schema -- and we were advised incorrectly. Almost felt like our tech team taught their team how to use their product. A bit frustrating, but not enough for us to walk away.

**Recommendations to others considering Grade.us:**

Know what you're looking to accomplish. If you're wanting to be able to display shcema markup on these reviews from Grade.us... think again! Google is cracking own on marking up 3rd party reviews with review schema. But if you're looking for a way to help monitor/detect existing and new review, and to help you to send emails out to your customer base to encourage them to leave a review, then yes, Grade.Us is a great provider.

**What problems is Grade.us solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Companies that don't have a review proces in place already really benefit from Grade.us. In an industry where many of our clients are construction/home improvement folks, they don't always have a lot of knowledge about the internet, nor do they have a team of dedicated folks' to manage/organize/solicit reviews. Being able to offer clients a solution where they have little to no need to "do" anything has been a killer selling point.

So even though you can no longer segment for Google reviews, the funnel is still effective when you are focusing on other sites like Facebook.

It used to be the low-cost solution for getting client reviews, and worked reasonably well. Over time, it has gotten less functional, more confusing and poorly designed.

They have fallen behind their competition. It would have been OK, but they double prices overnight without warning. That's right, a 100% increase for existing customers. On top of TERRIBLE SUPPORT. Their support team went from a B when I started 1.5 years ago to a C- on their best day.

The ability to drop tons of customers into the automated reviews sequence is great and efficient. Being able to suppress negative reviews but still see and respond to them makes for the perfect balance of gaining good reviews online while still rectifying bad experiences with customers and learning how to improve.

The email setup area is poorly designed. You cant even see the whole email at once. It's kinda confusing where in the email that customers will click to leave their review. I also don't like that for each location of one business has to be set up individually even though they have all the same settings.

I don't like that it involves a lot of rerouting and interfacing with both mobile devices and computers. The login system was tricky for the first few times. A lot of verification pages, but I know it's all for the betterment of the software.

**What do you like best about Grade.us?**

Reputation Loop makes it easy to get customers to leave reviews. They get posted to big sites like Google and Facebook. It simply texts or emails the customer and asks if they want to leave a review. Genius 

**What do you dislike about Grade.us?**

I dislike the price. It is about 4x more expensive than competitors.

**What problems is Grade.us solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to track reviews and upkeep with my companies rating.If a customer has a bad experience I can easily contact them and try to assist them to ensure they have a better experience next time.

Reputation loop is very simple to use to help a new or old business gain customers because of their excellent reputation!

**What do you dislike about Grade.us?**

I can't really think of anything I didn't like about reputation loop. 

**What problems is Grade.us solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My business has gained many new customers because of great reviews and recommendations from customers. It was definitely the easiest and most cost effective way to bring in customers.

Reputation Loop does not acquire customer insights regarding the company as a whole but also about the service offered by a specific employee assigned to clients. 

**What do you dislike about Grade.us?**

I’m still gonna evaluate this product .

 employers can assess their workers’ performances and take measures to ensure that they offer customer service that is on par with company standards.

**What do you like best about Grade.us?**

I love this software so much. It's easy to use and my clients have gotten great value from it. Every business needs 5-star reviews to gain more business. Grade.Us makes it easy to manage requesting reviews and also displaying your best reviews to potential clients in a beautiful funnel. 

Also, the support team was gracious and patient every step of the way during set up. 



**What do you dislike about Grade.us?**

There is nothing to dislike. This SaaS   and the team behind it is perfect, in my opinion.

**Recommendations to others considering Grade.us:**

You won't regret having this SaaS to offer to your clients. If you are an agency, I feel that it's a must-have.

**What problems is Grade.us solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to offer this software to our clients that were struggling with their online reputation management. They were able to streamline the review requesting process and follow-up with a nice automated system. This saved them time AND got them more REAL 5-star reviews from their REAL customers and helped them to attract MORE customers because of it. More reviews = more customers, period!
