**What do you like best about RepSignal?**

The RepSignal platform provides an intuitive interface and all the information I need to plan a US market launch. Allowing us to focus on the territories, hospitals and Physicians that would maximize product utilization and minimize resource deployment. As a med device start-up with limited a team/resources, it is a cost-effective way to gain access to up-to-date information. As a platform, it was easy to implement and the S2N Health team has been helpful and responsive as questions have arisen.

**What do you dislike about RepSignal?**

Nothing so far. As new data is published and available for use, linking non-facilty physician volume to the non-facilty would also be helpful.

**What problems is RepSignal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The RepSignal platform improves the efficiency of a small team with trustworthy, nearly real-time market insights. The information provides practical launch plan strategy for both targets and resource ramp with RepSignals territory optimizer. It also provides third-party information to support company strategies.

**What do you like best about RepSignal?**

The RepSignal platform is highly intuitive and very easy to use, and the ability to pull data from as recent as 2 quarters ago makes it useful in fast-growing markets where procedure volume data becomes outdated quickly.  As a startup client, I've found the S2N team very easy to work with, and I would recommend them especially to other startups who may not get much attention from larger vendors.

**What do you dislike about RepSignal?**

Some useful features, such as the ability to cross-index diagnoses with procedures in the online platform, are not yet available.

**What problems is RepSignal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying target hospitals based on medical procedure volume

Easy access to hospital level, physician level usage patterns by procedure code
Easy access to physician payments
Territory planning and optimization

The product is missing historical trending of data today, but they keep the current metrics very up to date

Characterization of hospital and physician analytics by country and territory

**What do you like best about RepSignal?**

As an administrator, RepSignal greatly reduces the tasks of procuring annual claims data, preparing it, and distributing it to your Sales Reps.  With RepSignal this is all done for you and is delivered in the Sales Representative's workstream inside Salesforce.com.  It allows me more time to focus the Team on prospecting activities.

**What do you dislike about RepSignal?**

It's a little less transparent to determine exactly how the data is staged for the Sales Team by simply looking at the data displayed in Salesforce.com.  However the RepSignal Customer Success Team has been very helpful to get us comfortable with the data.

**What problems is RepSignal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's saving Administrators signficant amount of time from having to collect, stage, and distribute the data like we've done in the past.
