It is extremely easy to build queries on IQVIA. It also provides us with detailed methodology document, so if a new user starts to use the platform and is unaware of the terms such as ATC level classifications, they can easily understand the same using the methodology document. **What do you dislike about IQVIA?** If we add multiple levels while building a query on IQVIA, the sales data is only available for the top 20 peers which makes it less exhaustive, for this many times we have to remove the requisite levels in case we need an exhaustive dataset. **What problems is IQVIA solving and how is that benefiting you?** IQVIA is very helpful to me as I support the healthcare sector in my team. Whenever I require drug/product/molecule sales for a particular company/ATC classification, I can build a query and simply download the data and use it for my further analysis. ### 2. It is extremely efficient and user-friendly. The site provides easy-to-find links to online resource guides and form downloads to utilize in the event of a system downtime. I have also found that if I have ever needed to contact the help desk for assistance, they respond in a timely manner. I genuinely enjoy using this program. **What do you dislike about IQVIA?** There has recently been an update to the patient management tool, which usually occurs two or three times a year. Unfortunately these updates have almost always caused glitches in the system which at times take up to a week or more to correct. Not only has this caused delays in data submission, but there is no way to know that the problem has occurred until I have spent 30-40 minutes entering data and then attempt to submit it. Once the system rejects the submission because of the error, the data must be abstracted again and resubmitted, but only after the help desk has been contacted and the error corrected from their end. **What problems is IQVIA solving and how is that benefiting you?** Because of the data compiled, conditions like stroke, heart failure, atrial fibrillation, and diabetes can be further studied. As a result, the quality of life for many is improved and treatments that save thousands of people yearly are developed! ### 14.
