The connection is incredibly smooth and stable, even with a weaker internet connection. My home connection only has a 5Mb/s upload speed, yet Remotly allows me to connect to my home computer and enjoy smooth performance with great responsiveness. Remotly automatically adjusts the image quality to match the connection speed, ensuring an optimal experience. "Gaming mode" is excellent at capturing the mouse movements, even when playing FPS games and it allows you to move character using the WSAD keys.

I am currently testing a commercial solution for remotely connecting to the computers I manage. Remotly offers the ability to be configured as a service with unattended access, meaning it does not require user intervention on the remote machine – as long as the computer is turned on, I can connect to it seamlessly.

For me, as someone managing multiple computers but rarely needing remote access, Remotly’s pricing model is a significant advantage. Instead of paying a high fixed subscription fee, this solution offers a low monthly cost plus an additional charge per hour of connection time. One issue I encountered is that the program sometimes logged me out after a restart, and I had to log in again to access the application. I believe that after an update, this problem no longer occurred, though I haven't tested it extensively yet.

Easy to use and allows everything I need to do. I support about 45 users with Video security systems and networking issues. Once installed they have no problems using Remotly to allow my remote support! Remotly has game support also but I rarely use that feature. Often use it several times a week. Being able to access remotely to a windows pc from my android device is really awesome, a huge advantage, super fast connection, the person in need of assistance does not have to subscribe to the software in order to get assistance, they just need to download the app and after installed and open the app, it shows an id, we just need to have that Id in order to make a connection from the android device, as I said before the connection is really fast in a secure way, we can use all the windows applications remotely on android devices, really easy to use and make a connection, the interface is very simple, our costumer are very pleased Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far I have enjoyed working with this app, one thing I dislike is the fact of dropping connection if we accidentally access to an incoming notification on the phone, the connection drops and we have to make a new one, fortunately the Id of the windows pc does not change, in order to have a stable connection you need to have a good enough internet band Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
