The connection is incredibly smooth and stable, even with a weaker internet connection. My home connection only has a 5Mb/s upload speed, yet Remotly allows me to connect to my home computer and enjoy smooth performance with great responsiveness. "Gaming mode" is excellent at capturing the mouse movements, even when playing FPS games and it allows you to move character using the WSAD keys. Easy to use and allows everything I need to do. I support about 45 users with Video security systems and networking issues. Once installed they have no problems using Remotly to allow my remote support! Remotly has game support also but I rarely use that feature. Often use it several times a week.

what I like the most is the simplicity that it has since with few actions one can record, audio, video and sound, also videos take up much less space compared to other programs some sound and video errors that appear from time to time when there are new versions and some incompatibilities of softwares that freeze the equipment for no apparent reason
