I find the fluidity of Remotly really pleasant, and the price is very affordable, especially for small businesses. The cost is really very attractive compared to that of Teamviewer, which I used previously. I also like that the rest of the features are very close to my old software, which fully satisfies me and meets all my needs.

The connection is incredibly smooth and stable, even with a weaker internet connection. My home connection only has a 5Mb/s upload speed, yet Remotly allows me to connect to my home computer and enjoy smooth performance with great responsiveness. Remotly automatically adjusts the image quality to match the connection speed, ensuring an optimal experience. "Gaming mode" is excellent at capturing the mouse movements, even when playing FPS games and it allows you to move character using the WSAD keys. I am currently testing a commercial solution for remotely connecting to the computers I manage. For me, as someone managing multiple computers but rarely needing remote access, Remotly’s pricing model is a significant advantage. This billing method allows me to optimize my expenses and avoid paying for unused access.

Easy to use and allows everything I need to do. I support about 45 users with Video security systems and networking issues. Once installed they have no problems using Remotly to allow my remote support! Remotly has game support also but I rarely use that feature. Often use it several times a week.
