Users who are searching for a course are no longer able to type in a course code to quickly locate it. We cannot clone our self-authored courses. When assigning courses, there is no way to establish an availability date. That has to be done after the course was assigned and all are enrolled. We can't assign courses as "optional" that would disappear on a given date. We can't print a PDF of self-authored courses. We can't create a training plan with the option to complete the live course OR view the video. **What problems is Relias Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** RLMS allows me to educate more than 500 team members who work various shifts and different days of the week. Have never used a competitor **What do you dislike about Relias Platform?** Training plans don't automatically update or impact all enrolled users when settings are updated. You have to toggle on a setting that has a warning associated with it. It'd be better to have a checkbox option IN the training plan settings that says "allow changes to affect all enrolled users." If it's unchecked, it won't do that. If it is checked, it does it for you. **What problems is Relias Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** The state mandates us to have all client-facing staff take 20 hours of training in their relevant field. This was the impetus behind mass rollout and it has enabled our company to maintain compliance with all governing bodies, assisting us as we scale nationwide. ### 3. It seems to be improving the system and making it more user-friendly. It's obvious that the Relias team is trying to listen to clients and improve the system. It isn't always as intuitive as it should be, and we are frequently still running into problems or having trouble finding solutions; however, the Relias team has been working hard to answer questions and provide support whenever possible. **What do you dislike about Relias Platform?** The system is not always intuitive. You can think you are setting up things correctly, and then something weird happens. It also seems confusing when you are adding your own modules...this could be a bit easier. There are glitches like not being able to upload a PowerPoint with notes or videos taking a very long time to upload that make it challenging. I would like to see more hospice specific content added including hospice specific competencies. **What problems is Relias Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have to be compliant with our training/education. It would be really nice if Relias tracked the requirements from various accrediting organizations, state regulations, and federal regulations for hospice so that we could easily see in digital format where Relias is helping us to meet these requirements. ### 4. I had 45 mins of training and felt comfortable starting my first course. Without typed content in my course this platform becomes almost unusable. I would not recommend to another professional because it hasn't proven reliable. The reports are old and hard to use. The user list is frustrating. Looking at a users training plan is next to impossible. The selection of trainings available is lacking. Many of the WA-DSHS courses don't apply to our setting or are out dated. Very flexible and mostly able to construct our site to fit our specific needs. **What do you dislike about Relias Platform?** Least Helpful: First one coming to mind is that due dates are not able to be assigned tied to a specific date as opposed to the completion date or/ DOH. For example I want to run a report to find out which users have either taken or not taken a specific module. Also I can't see total training hours on a transcript without first printing or downloading the transcript. I would like to have an easier, more intuitive way to update the training module lists. **What problems is Relias Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been able to use Relias to do pre-requisite training for fit testing, decreasing the time it takes for annual fit testing from 2 hours down to 15 minutes for Relias module and 10 minutes for actual fit testing. ### 26. The customer service is amazing. Their ability to stay up to date with regulations is very helpful, especially through all the changes the pandemic has brought to healthcare. **What do you dislike about Relias Platform?** Reporting can sometimes be a pain if you are trying to provide very specific information to external sources. However, reports can be exported to different file types (i.e. Excel), so it can still be done. **What problems is Relias Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Relias is helping automate pushing out policies/procedures to our employees at multiple locations. This has also helped to improve our ability to track and report on completed policies/procedures. ### 31. From a Learner standpoint, this system is easier to use than Healthcare Academy. **What do you dislike about Relias Platform?** It is sometimes hard to find the videos I need to see or the articles I need to review in order to do the administration part of what I do (which is most of what I use Relias for). From an Administrator standpoint, the system is slightly more difficult to use than Healthcare Academy. **What problems is Relias Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Setting up new hires for orientation/learning. ### 33. At times, I feel as though answers are not received promptly. The online chat service often doesn't work, and when course hours are changed, I'm not offered any replacement courses to satisfy regulatory credit hours. **What problems is Relias Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** None at the moment, but when I have received assistance, the staff at Relias have been fantastic at providing the guidance I need. I'm sure if the need does arrive in the future, I'll reach out to customer support again for their guidance. ### 35. Slow to add coursework when there is new regulatory needs or challenges (i.e. COVID). Sometimes courses are too lengthy and not written for simplicity of learning. Courses are often dull and learners don't enjoy them. This is especially true of older modules or modules imported from other companies when bought by Relias. It is also very user-friendly, especially for those with a low skill ceiling for technology. The quality of the lessons is appreciated. **What do you dislike about Relias Platform?** I dislike how the lessons don't give feedback after the test. This is mitigated by the setting that allows you to get the answers after the first test if you fail. I feel this makes the lessons too easy. **What problems is Relias Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** I recommend that you rotate the pool of questions more frequently each attempt at the test. This would increase the difficulty but not make it impossible to pass the tests. ### 47. For instance, HIPAA training could be 5-10 minutes instead of 30. Our employees have so much mandatory training assigned, it would be nice to save some time in other areas. **What problems is Relias Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Relias helps us keep track of stand-up live training through the use of Requirements Trackers and Skills checklists, which is accessible across our locations in the event of a survey. ### 48.
