Not only that, but there's the user list and then applicants. You end up having employees in 2 different lists and you have to go back and forth to guess which one they're under. I can't view the tests to even know exactly what I'm assigning my employees. **What problems is Relias Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Assigning testing ### 3. Software could be more intuitive. **What do you dislike about Relias Platform?** Reliability and consistency is an issue. Both from the Learners and Administrator prospective. Caregivers complain about bugs/issues from a user experience. I feel like we need more zoom trainings though. ### 5. That is all I can say. **What do you dislike about Relias Platform?** I want to be able to have courses by month AND YEAR. We require our staff to complete monthly training.
