I really appreciate the variety in trainings offered. We choose to let our employees take anything they want - I love that we can do that. I also appreciate the changes made to the reporting engine. I really want to have a dynamic checklist available. We have a need for a checklist that can be access by multiple people and can be completed as otj is completed.
