The best one for me is the branding. Even as an independent recruiter, I can present candidates in a way that feels polished and professional. Sending clients a branded candidate link instead of another PDF or endless email thread. I also really like how easy it is to move candidates through the pipeline. Everything is quick, intuitive, and I always know exactly where each candidate is in the process. The analytics have been genuinely useful too they help me spot where things are slowing down. And the Interview Kit saves me time by helping me prepare structured interviews. Another feature I use all the time is the branded candidate link with built-in client feedback. Instead of chasing comments across emails and messages, clients leave feedback directly in the system, and everything stays organized in one place. Every recruiter knows the feeling: hundreds of applications a day, real people behind every CV, and the physical impossibility of responding to all of them. Candidates can wait for weeks in complete uncertainty. Now I can give a clear, respectful response to every applicant—even when it’s a rejection. Each person knows their profile was reviewed and that their application didn’t disappear into silence.
