**What do you like best about Reflective?**

It helps developers to build plug and play system. New features and module can be added in the software without needing to recompile the entire application

**What do you dislike about Reflective?**

- Reflective operations are slower than non reflective ones.
- Security vulnerabilities

**What problems is Reflective solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is basically solving the problem of rigidity. Reflective software is build to be fluid and self aware

**What do you like best about Reflective?**

Reflective was very user-friendly and less time taking to create goals for the team. We do have an option to submit feedback based on the goals real real-time basis.

**What do you dislike about Reflective?**

Reflective overall was very helpful but features are limited.  If more features can be added that would be very helpful.

Reflective help review the team performance and track their growth

I like the focus on 1-2 specific action 

**What do you dislike about Reflective?**

I like that you are specifically directed to submit 1-2 items for each section and not so much in paragraph form.

The submission of impactful bi/annual performance reviews that are actionable and easily followed

**What do you like best about Reflective?**

I like that I can easily enter the app and provide one of my peers with a shout out. I can quickly enter their name within the search bar provided and give thanks. Easy and simple to do.

**What do you dislike about Reflective?**

When needing to complete a more in-depth annual review it takes quite a bit of digging within the platform to find the necessary items that need to be completed. Thankfully, Reflective sends out email notifications when something is due, however, if it weren't for some of those emails, I find it difficult to find or even know within the platform of these tasks. Perhaps it'd be great for them to create a to-do's section.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflective:**

If you're considering, set up some time to really go through the platform to familiarize yourself with where everything is.

**What problems is Reflective solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I primarily use Reflective for submitting annual reviews and give my peers "Thanks" (shoutout) here and there. I enjoy that it's all accessible within a single platform.
