What do you like best about Reflective?

I like that I can easily enter the app and provide one of my peers with a shout out. I can quickly enter their name within the search bar provided and give thanks. Easy and simple to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reflective?

When needing to complete a more in-depth annual review it takes quite a bit of digging within the platform to find the necessary items that need to be completed. Thankfully, Reflective sends out email notifications when something is due, however, if it weren't for some of those emails, I find it difficult to find or even know within the platform of these tasks. Perhaps it'd be great for them to create a to-do's section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Reflective solving and how is that benefiting you?
