**What do you like best about RedCAT Systems?**

What I value most about RedCAT Systems is their dedication to developing people-first solutions that improve organizational health and employee engagement.

**What do you dislike about RedCAT Systems?**

RedCAT is boosting customer assistance, quality control, retail availability by means of responsive service and dealer support campaigns, thereby addressing possible dislikes.

**What problems is RedCAT Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While analyzing the RedCAT Systems solution, as an industry analyst, my observation of a mid-sized technology company in India and its upgrade pay systems and performance management is that their outdated systems caused the company problems that resulted in staff discontent. RedCAT Systems provided performance management tools and the Compensation Award Tool among their full tool set. Along with automated performance-based recommendations, the tool allows budgeting for wage raises, incentives, and stock awards. Less time spent on assessments and improved employee satisfaction rates were the outcomes revealed.

It handles  salary planning very easily, analysis and arrange accordint to our budget.

**What do you dislike about RedCAT Systems?**

This tool is functioning great for us, no as such dislikes at present.

**What problems is RedCAT Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salary management for all our employees has become very easy, new member addition and further calculations go flawlessely.

We are using RedCat in our company and it helps in time of appraisal for adjusting the salary.

**What do you dislike about RedCAT Systems?**

So far no major dislikes, but they may increase their customer support.

**What problems is RedCAT Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reduces time by calculating budgets. If a person calculates it , it takes few weeks to complete.
