Hey! I'm part of the Recruiterflow team, happy to answer this.

Recruiterflow is an ATS + CRM built specifically for executive search and recruiting firms not in-house HR teams. So if you're running a search desk or a recruiting firm, it's designed around how you actually work.

The core use cases are:
- Managing your full candidate pipeline, from sourcing to placement
- Running multichannel outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls) without switching tools
- Tracking client relationships and job orders in one place
- Real-time goals and performance tracking for your team

More recently we've added AIRA a suite of AI agents that handle things like candidate matching, research, and submissions so your team spends less time on admin and more time on relationships.

Happy to answer any specific questions if you're evaluating it!
