What do you like best about RecDesk?

What do you dislike about RecDesk?

This is software that HOAs buy to try and make their lives easier, but it makes the lives of residents and actual users hell because it's buggy and does not work. Payments for example, can't be processed effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RecDesk?

Easy to figure out after a working with for a few weeks. Sherri from RecDesk is very helpful, usually available when needed and very willing to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RecDesk?

We use it for gym and aquatics memberships. We recently started using it for personal training memberships and appointments. It automatically checks members in for personal training whether they have an appointment on the day they are coming to work out or swim on their own or not. So we have to be very carful and be sure we are checking members in for the right activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
