Working in different areas of day-to-day service-based industry for a startup like our's Dortoservices, we consistently need an automated, AI-driven software to help ascend and oversea our entire day to day workflow. This tool is crucial for documenting every decision made within our company. In this regard, Playbook has proven to be one of the most valuable and reliable tool for our daily operations. All though Playbook is a software that helps us gather all our information in one place. However, I feel that the user interface for this tool could be improved. Additionally, there is no dedicated iOS application available for this software, which limits access across different type of devices. Currently, we can only use it through an online browser, which requires a stable internet connection. This means we are unable to access or collect information when the system is offline. The registration process for our various athletic programs is made easier through the use of Playbook. The online platform for registration is designed in a mobile-responsive mode so that parents can sign up children for sports without having to fill out paper documents.
