This tool is crucial for documenting every decision made within our company. In this regard, Playbook has proven to be one of the most valuable and reliable tool for our daily operations. **What do you dislike about Playbook?** All though Playbook is a software that helps us gather all our information in one place. However, I feel that the user interface for this tool could be improved. Additionally, there is no dedicated iOS application available for this software, which limits access across different type of devices. Currently, we can only use it through an online browser, which requires a stable internet connection. This means we are unable to access or collect information when the system is offline. **What problems is Playbook solving and how is that benefiting you?** Playbook is a user-friendly software that even new employees can quickly understand and start benefiting from it. This tool has significantly helped us by eliminating most of the communication gaps that we used to experience before we had Playbook software. Additionally, the clarity we now have regarding our workflow is also much improved by significant percentage. ### 2. The online platform for registration is designed in a mobile-responsive mode so that parents can sign up children for sports without having to fill out paper documents. **What do you dislike about Playbook?** The pre-built registration forms lack flexibility as a result there is no good way to capture interactive data about different sports. The layout of the platform is unremarkable, and there is not much that can be done in terms of branding our league. **What problems is Playbook solving and how is that benefiting you?** Playbook has made it much easier to handle my league’s registration process compared to the time it used to take. Paper forms are replaced by online ones, and the waitlist/timing and team options are included in the platform. ### 5.
