It's easy and quick to see spaces without rentals, which allows us to try to sell that space. **What do you dislike about EZFacility?** The recurrent rentals and schedule conflicts can be a pain. It doesn't show why there's a conflict, it just says it. It should provide more details, because if not, we have to cancel the process to take a look. **What problems is EZFacility solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use EZFacility to keep my rentals up to date so the staff knows exactly who's arriving. The weekly schedule is easy to view and helps spot gaps, allowing us to sell unused spaces. ### 3. Their help pages are very informational with pictures to walk you through trouble shooting issues or answering questions. **What do you dislike about EZFacility?** I personally have not noticed any downsides of EZFacility. Some of my coworkers have issues when it comes to copying groups and some of the settings, but that's a user error, not a software error. **What problems is EZFacility solving and how is that benefiting you?** My company utilizes EZFacility to manage an Ice Rink; we are able to use the software to book ice time in the form of games, public sessions, figure skating sessions, practices, and other events. It also allows us to book rooms out for birthday parties or meetings. The software allows us to create leagues, update scores, track stats, allow online signups and waivers, create price packages for multi session use, has a POS system implemented, and many other things. ### 11. Either 250 members, we wouldn't be able to keep up with renewals, billing issues, and making sure our members are in the right classes ### 16.
