**What do you like best about ResNexus?**

ResNexus has had top notch customer support, in particular Lena Fleming, who has assited us with our initial set up and has provided training on how to really take our property to the next level using this software.  The month to month contract with affordable price point made it easier to make the leap without feeling too nervous.  The ease of use for our employees and guests looking to stay with us has been extremely helpful in the transition! From the first presentation we could see how user friendly the system was and how easy it would be to get our staff on board with using new software.

**What do you dislike about ResNexus?**

At this time we don't have anything notable to write regarding dislikes.We are eager to continue learning how ResNexus can support our seasonal camping and glamping rentals at Blue Mountain Resort.  One thing that might be helpful for our situation would be an embed tool rather than a link to the booking engine.

**Recommendations to others considering ResNexus:**

I would highly recommend ResNexus especially if feel the products you are offering might be slightly complicated or "different" than your traditional hotel room set up.  Their customer service team is incredible at making the system work for you and beyond.

**What problems is ResNexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily, we needed an easy way for guests to book a stay with us - and an easy way for our employees to know who was coming, when, where they were staying, for how long, etc.  This solves all of these issues.  It has added the functionality of improving our internal communication to housekeeping staff, security staff, etc.  We are excited to utilize the texting feature for more upselling to guests who are on site - letting them know about yoga classes or specials at our restuarants.  The ability to email welcome emails, thank you emails as well as text messaging prior to and after check in will really help the properyt as a whole run smoother.  It will give a central point of contact for guests that will be accessible to them throughout their stay.

**What do you like best about ResNexus?**

It's extremely easy-to-use and has a lot of extra features compared to other property-management software out there. Additionally, they're always making updates.


**What do you dislike about ResNexus?**

Sometimes, there's minor glitches and bugs. ResNexus is very responsive to inquiries though which is a positive and things can get fixed quick.

**Recommendations to others considering ResNexus:**

I'd recommend to anyone looking to rent out their B&B or vacation property. ResNexus will allow you to keep all your customers' info in one database, and will allow you to track payments etc.

**What problems is ResNexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our office has a lot of investors/landlords and we use ResNexus as a way to rent out our multiple properties. It allows all of our information to be tracked easily within the software. We did discontinue our usage though as we had to move to a company-wide internal program.

**What do you like best about ResNexus?**

The Grid is very well designed and easy to keep track of reservations. Good price point. No long term contracts. ResNexus can be used for a simple small business function or as a more complex hotel management software.

**What do you dislike about ResNexus?**

The new widget is too simple looking. If it had more detail I would implement it on our website.

**Recommendations to others considering ResNexus:**

Very professional reservation software. Easy to setup, learn and use. The reports tool is very useful for making business decisions. There is a new feature that transforms the ResNexus software into a channel manager in addition to just a direct booking engine.

increased online reservations due to a professional booking engine that links easily to our own website. The Reports tool is very useful for making business decisions.

**What do you like best about ResNexus?**

The ease of use has been super helpful and time saving for our clients.

We have helped our clients use this tool to keep there day to day processes organized and inline.

This tool allows our clients to keep track of available rooms, upsell customers and gives us the right amount of reporting we need to show them.

**What do you dislike about ResNexus?**

If you aren't familiar with technical work this could be a little challenge to set up but there are plenty of resources out there to help you do so.

This tool will help revolutionize your process when it comes to helping your rental property clients out.

**What problems is ResNexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool has allowed our clients to comfortably manage their hotels and rentals with ease

Having a detail report every month has allowed us to adjust and optimize anything needed to give our clients the best result.

**What do you like best about ResNexus?**

Mobile convenience.  I like that I can be grocery shopping, receive a call, and book a cabin just like that!  The ease of sending the paid receipts when I receive a check in the mail, or an email directing to withdraw some additional funds from their credit card toward the wedding.

**What do you dislike about ResNexus?**

Lately, the attached contract that is suppose to accompany payment or confirmation is not the correct one and Micah can't seem to get it fixed.  We have a venue that rents out spaces by day as well as overnight cabins.  Wish there was a way to create and assign the cleaning schedule for day at a time use when there might be another event that night.  
When I write a personal comment in the confirmation or payment section, then switch to check something additional, and come back, the comment is erased.  
When I cut them a check back for the refundable security deposit, I'd like to be able to tick off a box saying our company wrote the check instead of going into the system and adding our business as one of the payers.  Often I just let it show negative amount owed, and the check number paid, but it still doesn't let us use our business name.  Only their names to choose from.

Use the printout reports to show to the accountant, or give them access to look at your reports.  Answers so many of the accountant's questions.

**What problems is ResNexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

People can book directly on their own late at not "off business" hours.  Convenient to collect more reservations when they can book on their own.

Not able to view invoice i just selected. Not able to catch duplicate invoices

**What do you like best about ResNexus?**

The seamless process that my customer finds to reserve with us.

**What do you dislike about ResNexus?**

Only one thing. If we have a return customer, and they have previously filled out a request in the Special Field, that remark shows up for future bookings. For example, "Using our Gift Certificate for this stay". That is good information for the booking they mean it for, but this remark will come up again in future bookings. 

**Recommendations to others considering ResNexus:**

If you want confidence in your reservation system, ResNexus will absolutely provide that.

**What problems is ResNexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have full confidence that reservations are being conveyed to us. We also have full confidence that double bookings will never happen.

Support team is 24/7. Ease of use and training make onboarding seemless!

Nothing really--I hardly get to all the features.

I like that ResNexus is easy to use and has great marketing tools to help upsell more ammenities for the guest experience. 
Support is always very helpful and patient in resolving any programming issues.

**What do you dislike about ResNexus?**

Would like to see the side bar fixed for specials and packages to be date driven when guests are booking online.

Their customer service/support is terrific.

Updating room rates is too time consuming. Front end is not intuitive to guests seeking to reserve a room.

Guests can make reservations on line freeing us up to handle other aspects of business.
