Bravo! **What do you dislike about RealtyMX?** learning a new platform as always comes with its challanges, but thanks to the excellent client support the learning curve has not been as steep as I feared **What problems is RealtyMX solving and how is that benefiting you?** when i was a Rebny member, i could have uploaded seamlesly our listings to the RLS ### 2. Because our website is completely custom built we do have a lot of additional requirements, but I have yet to have an email go unanswered. Their support and willingness to find solutions are unique for a listing management service. Highly recommended and great value for small to mid sized real estate agencies in New York City. **What do you dislike about RealtyMX?** Yes, the user interface isn't streeteasy, but neither is the bill! Our listing department does everything for the agents and they understand how to use it fast and efficiently. **Recommendations to others considering RealtyMX:** Ask David. Seriously, the support is great just ask. **What problems is RealtyMX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making sure all our listings are distributed properly and extensive help with implementing the IDX feed into our proprietary website. ### 3. I would like to see something that allows more of a user friendly less technical layout. It's very easy to use, but could be easier **Recommendations to others considering RealtyMX:** It's a must in the industry, because it's the most popular. Learn it and suck it up, there is no way around it **What problems is RealtyMX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Searching databases on various MLS, various other listings and placing my own listings for advertisement ### 4.
