Those two goals quietly fight each other. The fastest implementations are the most templated, which is great until the template doesn&#39;t match how your team works, and adoption tanks precisely because it went live fast. Teams that nail both go narrow first, one real process end to end, get people using it, then expand. What&#39;s the one process you&#39;d start with? Trying to boil the ocean on day one is the usual adoption killer.
