**What do you like best about ReadySuite?**

The integration with Relativity is highly beneficial, streamlining the process of importing documents directly into workspaces.

**What do you dislike about ReadySuite?**

I would like to be able to find more documentation on the scripts available

**What problems is ReadySuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ReadySuite most often to extract text from documents. It makes it seamless to create an overlay of data from a document into Relativity, which helps keep the process straightforward and efficient.

**What do you like best about ReadySuite?**

When I started to use Ready Suite, I was trained to use only a few aspects. However, it has more and more uses than any other application i have used. Unlike excel, it can open any load file, which is very important in the e-discovery domain. It can open .dat, .opt, etc load files amicably. When it comes to quality check of load files after production or third-party production, the ready suite is beneficial in desition making. Importing and exporting is fairly easy learn and work with it. There many field normalization options available say Document tally (to check the frequncy of occurence in persentage), Endorsement settings for images,Batch update is one of my favorite (which enables to update, modify, replace, append, search and insert required field values in a fly), formatting of date fields (many formats is availble by default as per our output requirement.

**What do you dislike about ReadySuite?**

As it is up to the mark to satisfy the need to support any e-discovery activities, I don't find many disadvantages. Sometimes the loading of load files takes time. Not frequently, but has freeze issues sometimes or rarely. Creating the ready suite setting for any load file for the first time is little bit confusing. script execution needs imporovement. I would say—overall an excellent product to choose if someone is looking for a good e-discovery supporting tool.

**Recommendations to others considering ReadySuite:**

Please go ahead with this application if you or your team work related to the right side of the EDRM mole. It really helps to fix many little tasks (say saving images/PDF in load file format supported by relativity to import images, texts etc. The automatic appearance of extra fields when importing a load file and missing several formatting options was an issue with an older version, so I suggest using a new version.

**What problems is ReadySuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ready suite comes in handy with many convenient options. It helped me to view different types of load files. Conversion of various kinds of images into PDF and Vice versa with load files which is helpful to view them in another other e-discovery tool say relativity, brain space etc. Mapping of load file fields names to required names which will reflect in output file (same as vlookup in excel but in a easy way). We can also save the settings future correction or modification as well. It comes a variety of output, encoding, and compression formats. We can view images, text and original doc in one dashboard.
