&lt;p&gt;The fifteen German biotech reporters you need are probably already in most of these databases; the real problem is finding them when they&#39;re tagged &quot;healthcare,&quot; filed under the outlet&#39;s English name, or only indexed in the local language. At niche and international scale the gap usually isn&#39;t coverage, it&#39;s tagging, and that&#39;s exactly where these databases run thinnest.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;But before trusting any coverage claim, search the platform for the fifteen journalists you already know by name in your niche. If it&#39;s missing the people you can verify, there&#39;s no reason to trust it on the ones you can&#39;t.&lt;/p&gt;
