I use Read AI to record our office meetings and webinars I can't attend, and I appreciate the transcription and note summaries it provides. I find it solves the problem of attending multiple meetings at once, and the notes are amazing. I really like how it can identify who's speaking, especially when it's me, and the feature that judges sentiment for responses and engagement. Where do I begin, the integration and features are on a next level, it litterally attends my meetings, takes notes, provides a very accurate analysis of the meeting in a summary, its gives you tips on better communication. The summaries are next level, was blown away by its synopses of the topics, it is easy to use and implementation and integration was a breeze. Once set up, it gives daily summaries. Sometimes searching for a specific meeting doesn't pull up the meeting if I don't remember the exact meeting name so I have to go to Google Calendar to find the name of the meeting by searching the recipients/recipient email domain or similar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
