Very easy to get started. You can just use your google account or create an account. I use this to accept recordings from vendors or for sales meetings. Site functions well and video playback is good and doesn't cause any issues even for longer videos.
Super useful for video transcriptions as well as saving video for zoom/teams meetings. Really good that it catches recaps and give you the transcription as well as the video and you can take stills as well as remember what was said in meetings. I also like that it scores your meetings for reading, engagement and sentiment. Also that I can just download the video if I need to clip portions for whatever reason is very good too. The interface is easy to use and I can look for reports as well as utilize the integrated AI functions to help me look through recordings for specific information. I can also ask it for key takeaways from meetings or things I should be looking to follow up on from meetings etc.
I like that Read AI is very easy to set up. I also appreciate that I can add it into every meeting at a time. It is easy for me to create meeting minutes and keep track of the meetings that I did not attend. I find it helpful to have a summary of what was worked during the week. The integration with my Google Calendar is also a plus. Additionally, compared to the previous tool we used, Read AI provides us with a more detailed transcription and better captures what was spoken or debated.
I love that Read AI creates a complete transcript of my calls with clients. It also provides a clear summary and key takeaways. This has truly been a game changer for me!
