What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?

Raynet CRM does many great things and can offer tools for different situations. For us, an overview of leads, business cases and all the related information is critical. All this information is provided clearly and can be easily worked with. This makes working in a team simple, and data is not lost. One of the things I also find interesting is Raynet's ability to create sub-windows within a single browser window. What I like is the speed of the application itself. I've probably never had a time when I got stuck somewhere in the application, even when performing operations over hundreds of records. As the last point, it is worth mentioning that Raynet is constantly working on the whole application (there are updates to the application multiple times a month). All in all, Raynet gives me a clear overview of where all our business activities are, making us faster and more efficient as a team. We've been using Raynet since 2014 and I think that in itself is a testament to how happy we are with the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?

Until recently, I missed some of the filtering options, either over business cases or leads. Also, I was not too fond of the old business board UI. However, both of these points were resolved by Raynet in 2021, so this is no longer the case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?

What is unique about Raynet is that you don't get just an awesome tool, but you'll become a part of Raynet community. You will get encouraged and inspired to be a better salesman and business developer. Their online lectures and presentations are amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?

I didn't like the design of the app, but recently the Raynet team redesigned the whole application. It now uses the screen space much more effectively. I don't see any shortcomings now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?

What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?

Even though it is the same system for all the customers, you can modify it a lot through various optional fields and busines types without any programming. Relations and connection between all entities are the best added value for our business. Their customer support is also above standard and always ready to help. What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?

Besides the product on very good level, it is the team behind this app. We have worked together for more than 5 years and I have seen their progress over the years. They have built a successful business where they help other companies and still they are very personal. If you are a client, you feel like a part of the community which is very important. What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?

They are still not that big as HubSpot etc., which is good but also bad because sometimes it is hard to break the market barriers so give them a chance, you will get great value in sales software which is still lighweight yet robust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?

RAYNET is very comfortable to use. The customer and deal cards are clear and we can always find everything we need to know about a given deal. Setting up custom fields is very useful, where we could customize RAYNET to our processes. Our salespeople also use the mobile app, which helps them make their work in the field easier. What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?

In the beginning, we had to learn how to use the CRM and make a habit of keeping track of everything there. Sometimes it wasn't easy in RAYNET, but with support we solved everything. It may seem a bit complicated, but it's more about learning it. Sometimes we miss some integrations, but so far we have always solved it somehow and it hasn't limited our use of the CRM. What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?

I have been using the CRM from Raynet for several years and thanks to its use DIGITAAL has significantly increased sales and new orders. Not that the software has done it for us, but by keeping an eye on the business cases in progress and their financial value, it makes you close deals. I can't imagine corporate life today without Raynet and I don't understand how salespeople can do business and not use CRM. I'm aware that I'm not using all the benefits of this CRM, but with a few clicks I can see everything I need to find out the business status of the company, the value of orders "in the air", but also perhaps the most important clients in terms of turnover or location. What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?

What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?

Simple to use. Beautiful and clear design. Great customer support that always advises and solves if we don't know something. Keeping track of leads and contacts is simple and offers many options of what we can keep track of. The contact history is clear and you can always see who has dealt with the client and what they have done. Business evaluation, beautiful and useful charts. What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?

Fewer integration options, but the most important things are not missing. Some parts of the CRM are of an older design, but it's continuously updated. Further, I haven't found anything that currently bothers me that I need to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?

It helps me keep track of my business partners and the tasks I'm doing with them. I never forget to finish a job I've been handing out.

It's not fully adapted to my specific tasks, but I can get along with it.

What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?

Best feature is definitely UX and UI of the tool. It is easy to orient and works with this tool. Much easier than with more robust competition. And also the guide which is made by Raynet is really helpful and funny, so it makes it easier to adapt on beginning Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?
