**What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?**

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. RAYNET CRM helps me keep daily work organized without making things complicated. I regularly manage patient follow ups, consultation related activities, content planning, and communication, so having everything in one place is very useful. Getting started was easy and implementation did not require much effort. Creating contacts, managing activities, scheduling follow-ups, and reviewing previous interactions felt straightforward from the beginning. I use it regularly because it helps me keep track of ongoing work without maintaining separate notes and files.

One thing I find useful is that contacts, activities, calendar events, meetings, documents, and communication history are connected together. When I need to review a previous discussion, check follow-up activities, or find important information, everything is easier to access. The task management and reminder features are also helpful because they help me stay on top of patient follow-ups and routine work. I also like that deals, activity tracking, reporting, and document management are available in the same system. For my health education work, it helps me keep content-related activities and planning tasks organized as well. The number of features feels practical for day to day work without making the system feel difficult to use. Performance has been good during regular use, and it fits well into my workflow. Overall, RAYNET CRM helps me stay organized, manage follow-ups more efficiently, and keep clinic and content-related activities structured and easier to manage.

**What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?**

I like that most information is connected, but when there are many activities, contacts, and records, finding a very specific item can occasionally take a few extra clicks. It does not happen often, but during busy workdays I notice it sometimes. Also, the reporting tools are useful, but for more specific analysis I sometimes need to spend extra time adjusting filters and views. The information is available, but creating a highly customized report can take a little more effort than expected.

**What problems is RAYNET CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me solve the problem of keeping follow-ups, activities, contacts, and daily work organized in one place. Earlier, important reminders, consultation-related notes, and ongoing activities were often spread across different files and records, which made tracking work more difficult. It helps me keep follow-up activities, communication records, tasks, meetings, and contact information more structured. I can quickly review previous interactions, check pending activities, and access important information without searching through multiple files or notes.

Having tasks, reminders, activity history, and contact records connected together makes day-to-day work easier to manage. It reduces manual tracking and helps keep ongoing activities organized, especially during busy workdays. As a result, I spend less time managing records and searching for information, and more time focusing on the actual work that needs attention. Overall, it brings more structure to my daily workflow and makes follow-up management more efficient.

As a core business management platform, RAYNET CRM unifies our entire customer and partner management workflow. Its biggest strength lies in being fully optimized for German local IT service enterprises, with native GDPR-compliant data management functions built right in. It comes with ready-to-use practical modules including IT service contract administration, SLA progress monitoring and multi-level partner management, so our team barely needs extra customization to match our daily business processes. It delivers extremely smooth connection with Microsoft 365. All work emails, schedule arrangements and shared team files can be directly bound to corresponding client profiles, which saves us plenty of repetitive manual entry work. Team members can check complete client interaction records in one place effortlessly, greatly improving internal collaboration efficiency. Besides, the official onboarding guidance is clear and professional, letting us finish basic deployment quickly.

**What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?**

The system’s built-in report functions are relatively simple, unable to generate refined customized data charts targeting IT service industry core indicators such as service fulfillment rate and contract renewal cycle. We have to export raw data and reorganize it externally for deep data analysis. The mobile client remains plain in practical use, lacking stable offline working mode and fast real-time data synchronization, which cannot well satisfy the daily office demands of our on-site business staff. Moreover, its accessible third-party application connectors are not rich enough, and we have to spend extra manpower developing docking interfaces for some of our commonly used business tools.

**What problems is RAYNET CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before adopting this tool, our client resources and business data were scattered in various independent platforms, leading to poor information sharing and frequent repeated communication. RAYNET CRM integrates all client resources, business opportunities and after-sales service records into one unified platform, realizing transparent information sharing among sales, account operation and technical support teams. It also standardizes our local data management rules, effectively lowering daily compliance risks and making the whole client operation process more standardized and efficient.

I like how RAYNET CRM serves as a central hub for managing relationships and sales work, helping me track contracts and companies, sales pipeline, meetings, and customer history. I appreciate that there is no more scattered data in Excel, notes, or email threads. I really like that everything is in one place. I find features like deal tracking, activity planning, and dashboards valuable. The initial setup was easy too.

**What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?**

Raynet CRM does many great things and can offer tools for different situations. For us, an overview of leads, business cases and all the related information is critical. All this information is provided clearly and can be easily worked with. This makes working in a team simple, and data is not lost. One of the things I also find interesting is Raynet's ability to create sub-windows within a single browser window. What I like is the speed of the application itself. I've probably never had a time when I got stuck somewhere in the application, even when performing operations over hundreds of records. As the last point, it is worth mentioning that Raynet is constantly working on the whole application (there are updates to the application multiple times a month). All in all, Raynet gives me a clear overview of where all our business activities are, making us faster and more efficient as a team. We've been using Raynet since 2014 and I think that in itself is a testament to how happy we are with the tool.

**What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?**

Until recently, I missed some of the filtering options, either over business cases or leads. Also, I was not too fond of the old business board UI. However, both of these points were resolved by Raynet in 2021, so this is no longer the case.

**What problems is RAYNET CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Raynet mainly solved our problems with inefficiency and occasional data loss. We are now more efficient, get more done in less time, and don't lose any data. We have visibility of all activities in the team and know what stages each business case or lead is in.

**What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?**

What is unique about Raynet is that you don't get just an awesome tool, but you'll become a part of Raynet community. You will get encouraged and inspired to be a better salesman and business developer. Their online lectures and presentations are amazing.

**What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?**

I didn't like the design of the app, but recently the Raynet team redesigned the whole application. It now uses the screen space much more effectively. I don't see any shortcomings now.

**What problems is RAYNET CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business cases take months on average to close. Understanding where are we at and what is the history of the case helps us to increase the conversion rate. We've experimented with a lot of different sales processes and each time we were able to adjust Raynet configuration to keep up! You can configure the flow, filters, views, add fields and connect APIs, so it doesn't matter what your next process is, Raynet will never be the bottleneck.

I like how easy you can work with the CRM, it is very intuitive for everyone. The way you can manage all your tasks and contacts is very very very helpful. I use Raynet CRM for more than 7 years and I wouldn´t change it!

There is nothing I dislike about Raynet. If there is anything I want to change I just contact the great support. They are very helpful and are here for the clients every day and that´s what we really appreciate in our business.

When you do not have any CRM system you do not have you business under control. Since we started to use it our sales numbers are higher! Raynet is one of our successful actions we mention when speaking about our success.

Even though it is the same system for all the customers, you can modify it a lot through various optional fields and busines types without any programming. Relations and connection between all entities are the best added value for our business. Their customer support is also above standard and always ready to help.

Variety of options and functions can be sometimes confusing and hiding them would be a good idea. Also you have to be ready for low chance of modifying the CRM according to your specific needs because it is a standardized application.

**What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?**

Besides the product on very good level, it is the team behind this app. We have worked together for more than 5 years and I have seen their progress over the years. They have built a successful business where they help other companies and still they are very personal. If you are a client, you feel like a part of the community which is very important. So therefore customer care is on top level. Continous progress in developing the app is must have and Raynet team can nail this.

**What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?**

They are still not that big as HubSpot etc., which is good but also bad because sometimes it is hard to break the market barriers so give them a chance, you will get great value in sales software which is still lighweight yet robust.

Chaos in sales and entrepreneurship, thanks to Raynet I can orchestrate our company from opportunities to signing contracts online.

**What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?**

RAYNET is very comfortable to use. The customer and deal cards are clear and we can always find everything we need to know about a given deal. Setting up custom fields is very useful, where we could customize RAYNET to our processes. Our salespeople also use the mobile app, which helps them make their work in the field easier. And last but not least, RAYNET has a great support team that is always immediately responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?**

In the beginning, we had to learn how to use the CRM and make a habit of keeping track of everything there. Sometimes it wasn't easy in RAYNET, but with support we solved everything. It may seem a bit complicated, but it's more about learning it. Sometimes we miss some integrations, but so far we have always solved it somehow and it hasn't limited our use of the CRM.

RAYNET CRM records the complete business of our company. All our salespeople record their activities in the CRM. **What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?**

Simple to use. Beautiful and clear design. Great customer support that always advises and solves if we don't know something. Keeping track of leads and contacts is simple and offers many options of what we can keep track of. The contact history is clear and you can always see who has dealt with the client and what they have done. Business evaluation, beautiful and useful charts. A great calendar that can be linked to Google Cal and shared between people in the team. Also follows up on contacts, leads and business cases.

**What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?**

Fewer integration options, but the most important things are not missing. Some parts of the CRM are of an older design, but it's continuously updated. Further, I haven't found anything that currently bothers me that I need to improve.

In Raynet we keep records of all leads, business cases and contacts of our customers and partners. We evaluate our business cases according to the reports available in Raynet. It is often also useful to keep a history of each contact, because we can see what we have dealt with together in the past and the trader is immediately in the picture. It's a huge leap for us from keeping records in Excel.

It helps me keep track of my business partners and the tasks I'm doing with them. I never forget to finish a job I've been handing out. 
I have no experience with competing applications. This one suits me quite well.

It's not fully adapted to my specific tasks, but I can get along with it.
I haven't encountered any serious problems so far.
There are only a limited number of history records. I would have appreciated a longer hystory.

**What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?**

Best feature is definitely UX and UI of the tool. It is easy to orient and works with this tool. Much easier than with more robust competition. And also the guide which is made by Raynet is really helpful and funny, so it makes it easier to adapt on beginning

**What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?**

Absence of automatization processes in the tool. But as I know from helpdesk, it is in development process so it should be solved in this year.

Raynet offers me complete control about invoices and keep track of work with clients. I am able to store whole history of communications, meetings and other things, so I can see it even from my colleagues and in few minutes know everything I need even if I never saw that client and colleague is thousands mile away.

**What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?**

RAYNET is very user friendly. In a few hours I was clear about how its functions work, how to filter clients or how to analyze the results. Although I am not a sales person, RAYNET allows me to record all client information so that it is conveniently located in one place.

The price is not entirely favorable for small companies, so it is necessary to carefully evaluate whether RAYNET is worthwhile for you. I have no negatives about working in the system itself.

**What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?**

We have successfuly managed to replace at least four different spreadsheets to one simple dashboard in Raynet CRM. You can easily edit columns, save your own overview and share it with your colleagues. I also love the virtual assistant – you just bcc important e-mail to CRM. Also love the integration with our CMS - we see all the leads in the CRM immeditialy.

**What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?**

Raynet is fast/simple/UX friendly CRM, not sophisticated business intelligence tool. For quick view it is good enough, but for agency needs we need to combine data from Raynet and our other tools.

**Recommendations to others considering RAYNET CRM:**

If you want to start with CRM and not just talk about it, I think RAYNET is a great choice. We started with the free version, completed the onboarding and webinar and in a few days we had solved most of the problems we were facing when "moving" our sales to a higher level.

They have great customer support and very fast. They can practically help with any problem. It's also great that we can customize the system to our needs and not have to adapt to the CRM system.

**What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?**

So far they haven't figured anything out, they have always been able to resolve any issues or deficiencies from their end.

We had no overview of our company's business activities. We were dealing with new enquiries, financial offers and lots of other things. When we wanted to find some information quickly, it took going through excel, etc. Raynet helped us to consolidate everything and most importantly we can quickly find what we need.

Simple management of business contacts and vendors. Complete history of all our contacts. Automatic generation of contracts and documents. Integration to the invoicing tool. A great price.

There's nothing that really bothers us. We love Raynet and use it every day. Raynet is constantly being improved, so there are bugs being fixed every now and then.

We needed to keep track of our clients and suppliers. We were using spreadsheets before, but it was no longer sufficient. With CRM, we can automate some repetitive tasks and that saves us time.

**What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?**

RAYNET CRM has been a critical part of our business management and activity tracking toolset since its inception. It has built-in safeguards to keep our data safe. It responds to our suggestions for improving Raynet CRM and keeps us informed of important system updates. Everything is straightforward, intuitive, and pleasant to use. It has made our sales process more efficient. We can access our data from anywhere, and it helps us decide. RAYNET CRM is updating and improving the system. The technical support is top-notch, as is the staff, and they go over everything and offer solutions to any issues. We appreciate it because other systems couldn’t do it. There are no flaws with the mobile application and the upscale.

**What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?**

At first, RAYNET CRM wasn’t easy to figure out how to use the platform’s various features. It is now quiet to use these features and integrate multiple applications. The UI is dated, and the software is straightforward. Their technical support team responded to our questions and concerns from the get-go.

**Recommendations to others considering RAYNET CRM:**

As far as file storage goes, RAYNET CRM has plenty of room. It has increased productivity with other products. The software is simple to use. It's my suggestion once you can try it!

**What problems is RAYNET CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's similar to having a full schedule, but with our client database organized. We can access a history of customer service interactions and employee attendance records online. It only takes a few clicks to see each contact's communication history and how our network relationship has evolved. We can update the database daily or weekly. We've seen an increase in sales since implementing this tool. Our marketing and sales activities were also more efficiently managed, resulting in additional time savings. We can afford this tool, which is also affordable.

**What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?**

We love the 360 view of the customer and all the activities from all our departments. Not only sales, but also customer care.

We can also track our sales pipeline easily and plan accordingly.

**What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?**

I am missing triggers. But it is not big issue, we solved it through great API.

**What problems is RAYNET CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To have full view of the customer.

**What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?**

I love that you can add company and individual photos for each contact within each account. It helps me put a face to a name when I'm doing drop-in visits. It also track each referral from each company so that I can see who my top performers are.

**What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?**

I wish they had a mobile app to access when on the road. 
They also need to beef up the business portion to include graphs and charts. Plus when entering a "deal" there isn't a way to go back and change the client name so you have to delete it and start all over. I wish that they integrated with our sales software (QQ Catalyst). Also have not figured out how to integrate the calendar with Apple's iCal.

**Recommendations to others considering RAYNET CRM:**

There is a free demo version to get you started and has powerful tools and interface. I literally track everything using Raynet! It also has the ability to export all your contacts to Mailchimp, Office, and Apple ISO.

**What problems is RAYNET CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for all of my sales networking and communication logging. All I ever have to do is click on the contact and view all of my communication histories and see how are networking relationship has progressed.

**What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?**

I came to know about this tool a few months ago and it is one of the best thing I tried. The user interface of this software is so beautiful and easy to use that without any product training I easily understood all function. I like the calendar view and dashboard of this tool which makes everything easy & simple to understand. Also multiple options like email, phone number make it easy to contact the leads. The customer support of this is excellent

There is nothing to dislike in this CRM. I hope I got to know about it before

This tool is allowing us to manage our marketing & sales tasks easily. The outreaching has become easy & we can collaborate with our team using this tool to better communicate & perform. This software is helping us to keep an eye on the history of all our communication with client with just a one or two clicks

We are immensely happy with this CRM performance. The user interface is quite easy to understand and the customer support which they provide is excellent. We can easily import all our important leads in this CRM and schedule them when to send email. It also sends us reminder when we have to send emails.We have seen improvement in our sales using this software

I did not discover any major problems in this tool

With clevertim CRM we have been able to manage the business with the best customer service I have ever tried, all the information about my clients, transactions, and history are documented, stored securely and accessible from anywhere.
Calendar management is one of the recognized features of Raynet CRM that allows us to organize during each month in the best way

Does not integrate with other CRM
It does not have a digital payment system like "PayPal"
Does not have the import and export of data
Does not have an approval process control

a software that complies with all business tasks and has more than 20,000 accounts / 1TB of storage and its customer service is brilliant with a cost of $ 19 per user per month. It integrates with integromat, iCal, Solidpixels, Google contacts, Google calendar and MailChimp. The interface is easy, fast and transparent so that the user feels comfortable

Some of the problems that have been solved are the quality of communication with our customers that we currently have, our statistics have been clear with Rayned CRM although it is not as complex as other CRMs but the team has remained more united since it was Adopted this option being also a completely free software was used for a month to familiarize us and thus decide to obtain all the benefits without restrictions for a better relationship with the customer service
