**What do you like best about Rave Eyewitness?**

Rave Eyewitness has helped our neighborhood watch program and is an asset for us. The anonymous reporting system helps the residents to alert authorities about the suspenseful activities they observe and thus we feel safe in our neighborhoods.

**What do you dislike about Rave Eyewitness?**

Rave Eyewitness does not utilize any form of video or voice record for incidences but rather uses only text inputs. Lack of a feature to submit photos or videos can be rather a great drawback.

**What problems is Rave Eyewitness solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Rave Eyewitness system engages the community and enables it to play a proactive role in ensuring safety. Reporting system makes it easier for people to come forward with their concerns will lead to quicker action by the police.
