&lt;p&gt;From what I&#39;ve heard, the rating tends to hold up on core usability even at multiple facilities, but the real strain shows up in standardization, getting every plant to actually follow the same maintenance schedules and logging habits rather than each site drifting into its own version of how they use the tool. That&#39;s less a software problem and more an adoption one, so a high single-facility rating doesn&#39;t necessarily predict how consistently a multi-site rollout gets used day to day.&lt;/p&gt;
