What do you like best about rasa.io?

I really like the ML-powered individual personalization feature in rasa.io as it doesn't require manual segmentation to tailor content. It analyzes user behavior and provides personalized recommendations for every user automatically. Another standout is its fully automated content curation and distribution, which operates on a set-it-and-forget-it workflow, saving time and effort. What do you dislike about rasa.io?

I find the limited customization for branding and content formatting frustrating. Rasa.io’s email digests and on-site recommendation widgets have rigid, template-based formatting with minimal options to align with a brand’s visual identity or custom content structures. For emails, you can tweak basic colors and logos, but you can’t modify the layout, reorder content cards, add custom CTAs or headers, or integrate dynamic merge tags beyond the basics. The pre-built templates feel generic and there’s no drag-and-drop builder for custom designs. For on-site widgets, styling is limited to basic CSS overrides and you can’t customize the number of recommendations or card layout without developer support. • Responsive customer support: I've had specific questions during the on-boarding process and the Rasa.io team has always been quick to respond with detailed instructions and resolutions.

• Rasa.io reduces the time it takes to deliver a more engaging newsletter: Once our content sources are selected (which is easy to setup) we can deliver a curated, customized newsletter in less than 15 minutes for each newsletter.

• A personalized newsletter for our subscribers means a higher quality deliverable with more engagement. Each issue is customized based on the individual readers topic click through history.

• Topic engagement for each subscriber is automatically passed to HubSpot. This provides great data for Contact segmentation for our promotional campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about rasa.io?

As mentioned above, useful engagement data is automatically synced with HubSpot which is great. So, more of a wish list item, I would like to see detailed click url information passed for each subscriber to learn which articles they have been clicking on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about rasa.io?

Rasa makes email marketing super simple. We don't have to come up with our own content all the time and can aggregate content to keep our customers or potential customers on our email list happy. Our open rates and click-through rates are super high on this platform. We also don't even have to spend much time at all managing our emails going out. What do you like best about rasa.io?

We have been using Rasa.io for our newsletter programs for almost two years now, and it is simply OUTSTANDING! It is easy to use, has a great UI, and has been an enormous time saver for our company's weekly newsletter. We have seen over 60% savings in the amount of time necessary to produce our weekly newsletters and manage our newsletter program. In addition, we are producing much better newsletters than before, and our newsletter subscribers are way more engaged.

What do you like best about rasa.io?

I am Director of Marketing at a New Orleans-based health supplement company, and we decided to use rasa.io to put out a health-based newsletter every two weeks. We had a database of thousands of customers and health care providers, and wanted to keep our brand in front of them regularly while providing relevant, up to date, and compelling articles and stories.

My experience with rasa.io couldn't have been better. After just a week or so of learning to use the website, (with support coming from rasa.io whenever I needed it, in a timely and friendly fashion), I could curate our content in less than an hour. All that I required were a few trusted websites putting out quality content, and rasa.io did the hard work of automatically picking relevant articles based on keywords I chose, (and could easily add to or remove based on the output I briefly reviewed before publication).

Our subscribers got increasingly personalised content as the AI tracked which links they clicked on, and the open rates were incredible. It would have been easy to make the newsletter weekly or even more frequent (with just the slick of a tab), and best of all the entire system was free (although we did consider scaling up as our list expands).

rasa.io helped us to offer special discounts to customers (current and potential) through banners which were easy and quick to add to the newsletters, and it was actually fun to watch the newsletters of my coworkers diverge over time, as well as to read my own newsletter when it arrived in my inbox.

I couldn't recommend rasa.io highly enough for anyone looking to launch, or update, a newsletter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about rasa.io?

Rasa.io has provided a very positive experience. From set up to launch and also to redesign. They are continuing to enhance their product offerings and have created templates that are easy for us to identify which meets our business needs the best. Additionally, while the testing at first took some time (which we expected), their team was dedicated to getting it to work smoothly with us and kept honing the search features until it was working optimally. Now, the system does the work for us and we get to provide members with customized news in their inbox each weekday. I also really appreciate the metrics sent to us regularly based on our settings. It is a great product and the team and customer service is excellent. They have great communication from their executives to the programming team and project managers. It is a joy to work with them. What do you dislike about rasa.io?

I have had such a positive experience with rasa - everything from initial setup and testing with a percentage of our audience to rolling it out to our full membership database. It is hard to find something I dislike about them mostly because they are honest brokers. They say what they're going to do and then do it. There is one time (three years ago) when something wasn't as expected and I had a conversation with Jared Loftus asking for clarification. He addressed the issue head-on and provided a lot of transparency without sugar coating the issue. The information he provided not only answered my question but provided me with a glimpse into how rasa.io manages challenging conversations and deepened my trust in their organization and their employees. When working with technological solutions, it's expected to have a few snags here and there. The thing about rasa is they are able to anticipate this and give us the heads up....then it's actually a non-issue because they tell us ahead of time and have solved the problem in the background without there ever being an issue for our customers.
