Unlike no-code chatbot tools, it gives me full control over the NLP models, conversational flows and integrations. Also, their open source foundation is very effective for our teams when we are very focused on customisation without any vendor lock-in. Their platform also supports complex and context-aware conversations and intergrates are well effective in backebnd systems. **What do you dislike about rasa.io?** This platform's biggest challenge is its complex learning curve; this platform is not a plug-and-play tool, it does require much of a technical expertise in NLP concepts, python and other deployment workflows. Their initial setup, such as onboarding steps like email verification and environment configurations, can feel slightly scattered for non-technical users. Their documentation is strong, but their implementation still needs more hands-on efforts. **What problems is rasa.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** This platform solves the problem by enabling us to build highly customizable AI assistants which can go beyond the simple rule-based chatbots. It also solves the problem of having rigid and always template-driven chatbots by allowing dynamic and context-driven conversations.
