**What do you like best about rasa.io?**

I have four local directory sites, and I didn't want to have to write separate newsletters.  Now with rasa.io I am able to push content from all four to the one newsletter.  I love it.

**What do you dislike about rasa.io?**

I'm not sure.  I would like to be notified when I have a new subscriber.  It might be something in the settings I have not yet discovered.

rasa.io has their own artificial intelligence and algorithms that curate newsletters to individuals based on their interests.  Its news you actually want to read, that knows what you are interested in.  It has been a game-changer in the association marketing world.

**What do you dislike about rasa.io?**

Limited ability to customize CSS, as a developer and designer, this is one area where it would be helpful to have.

**Recommendations to others considering rasa.io:**

Get into it!  Your members and colleagues will thank you!

**What problems is rasa.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The mundane world of newsletters that no one reads.  Finally there is a solution that fixes this.  Also there are tons of advertising opportunities, the ability to add custom articles, lead articles and much more.

**What do you like best about rasa.io?**

Rasa.io makes sending professional and customized e-newsletters easy. I love how the emails get smarter with each round. The people on my list really seem to appreciate the customized content, and it shows in their level of engagement.

**What do you dislike about rasa.io?**

It takes some work to get everything running the way you'd like. The first month or so requires a lot of monitoring and tweaking. It isn't overly burdensome, but you should be prepared to invest some time in the product on the front end to get the results you want.

**What problems is rasa.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rasa.io has helped to significantly improve my open rates and click through rates. People on our email list have told me they look forward to each newsletter. We are still working to learn how to best leverage the tool among distinct customer segments.

**What do you like best about rasa.io?**

Rasa.io is super easy to adopt. Start to finish, we were able to reproduce a viable alternative to our current newsletter within about an hour. We are now adding refinements to make it more powerful, customized, and far and away better than our current newsletter.

**What do you dislike about rasa.io?**

There's not much to dislike. I am keen to see the team add more features and integrations, but all-in-all this is almost exactly what we need, right out of the box.

**What problems is rasa.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to spend a combined 2-3 hours *per day* writing a newsletter that was only OK. Now we will spend about 20-30 minutes for a much better result. Booyah.

**What do you like best about rasa.io?**

RASA analyzes which subjects each client reviews/reads and creates a unique reading experience by delivering emails with that content to their mailbox.  Each client gets a customized experience every time the open one of our emails.

**What do you dislike about rasa.io?**

Nothing really.  I took a while for me to understand the back end - but that's on me - not on them.  Now that i'm familiar with it - the process is extremely efficient.

Rasa is a great way to get relevant content to your clients.  It help deepen relationships.

**What problems is rasa.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We tried canned email blasts, but clients never read them and the content was the same in every mailbox.  Now our clients know we are working to deliver they content they are interested in and they are reading the emails more consistently.

**What do you like best about rasa.io?**

Great product and a great team supporting you. We were able to launch our newsletter quickly, and without issue. It's easy to review and manage content and subscribers and we have a consistently great statistics from our subscribers.

Very little! Any time we've had a question or concern, our account manager has been responsive and helped address immediately.

We've used our newsletter as one of our lead generation tools and it outperforms all our other offers. We've continued to build our list and remain in front of our members and prospective members each week through our newsletter.

**What do you like best about rasa.io?**

The rasa.io platform has significantly enhanced the engagement of our members over the past several years. The effective us of AI/machine learning embedded in the platform really zeros in on the content folks really want to see and the result has been open rates and click through rates not seen before at ASAE. This “behavioral data” will only add to our ability to develop the products and services our members want. In addition, the ease of use of the platform has really reduced the staff time involved in producing and distributing our newsletters.

Nothing to dislike here.  The platform delivers as advertised!

Personalized content for our members.  Not just based on demographics or marketing segments.  Each member gets their own specialized content.  Cool!

The unparalleled design of rasa.io's programming is fresh and practical, subtle but accurate, where you can see an appropriate proportion of content, with a manageable interface, correctly adapted to the user's needs, with dynamic and attractive content, which is responsible for attracting considerable user attention as it is a very innovative system that includes the best structured options and methods on the market, used to establish dynamic management, with the creation of analysis and reports to detail the progress of your company's operations.

By its method of providing data I could realize that it does not establish a clear link between the most outstanding data and the least important of the software, where it is evident that there is no correct adequacy to provide the most favorable information for the marketing system, which generates delays in publications and does not allow to know in detail the benefits contained in the system of rasa.io, having several details to improve in order to offer a free process of execution of corporate strategies.

Due to its automated integration system, it is possible to establish strategic quality plans, to understand the best techniques to use in order to know the most accurate management methods, when it is required to activate the productive part of an organization by stimulating the advertising marketing part, promoting the expansion of innovative software such as this program, which can easily generate to the company an escalation of its operations, by being able to sell more easily, this being possible due to its capacity to react to the plans to obtain results provided by its platform.

By managing in the most appropriate way the programming of my advertising computer system, contained in the structure of my company, I was able to realize that with the help of rasa.io the projection of the products before the computer systems of data distribution becomes more notorious, who are the great allies of this software to work together to achieve the highest rates of sales and corporate productivity that may have, thanks to the best interface provided on a platform, complying with mechanisms for obtaining results and standardization of computer services, being able to correctly manipulate the options of this program.

Incredible customer service and a "done for you" solution.

**What problems is rasa.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Time savings. We have a small staff. Using rasa.io's AI email solution enables us to customize a member benefit without any labor from our staff.  

2. Member engagement has increased. We see unique weekly open rates that range between 45% and 55%, our average open rate is 49%, and our average click-through rate is 16%. Having an extraordinarily high level of weekly exposure with our subscribers is invaluable. 
 
This is a great automated way to ensure our messages to members and our important articles are getting absorbed.

3. Increase benefits at a low cost. We are able to customize the look and feel of the email template, make sure the most pressing content we want to get out is at the top of the email AND, their customer service is so amazing - no vendor headaches (I actually look forward to chatting with them). This is a benefit that we are seeing a return on our investment and we are very pleased.

Lastly, rasa.io's product is a technological solution so inherently there are going to be issues that need to be fixed. One time we received a heads up email about an error they made (this is the sign of a great company...honesty). Their “error rate” is so low and if there is an issue, they communicate with us (their customers) and get ahead of it. They're very responsive and really work to educate/inform customers. I HIGHLY recommend them as a vendor and their product.

You can truly set and forget. After spending a significant amount of time setting everything up, I rarely have to go back and update anything. Has made creating consistent newsletters with a solid amount of content stressless.

**What do you dislike about rasa.io?**

There has been a problem in the past with the newsletter initially going to my subscriber's spam list. I think rasa.io has fixed/is actively addressing this problem.

**What problems is rasa.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating consistent content for a newsletter can be a tall task for a small team (even a large team) which has stopped me from even starting a newsletter with previous companies. rasa.io has simplified this process and has made it extremely bearable and effective for consistently engaging my audience with relevant information that is uniquely specific to each subscriber.

Rasa.io delivers personalized content to our streaming service subscribers using artificial intelligence, maximizing ROI on what matters most...content and the value we offer our audience.  The platform is easy to integrate with and use and affordable.  We value the partnership.

Because we have an audience that is sensitive to faith-based content, we have chosen to manually curate the content rasa.io selects i.e. to be the final filter....this is a benefit that rasa.io allows us to do this....but it can take time.

**What do you like best about rasa.io?**

Rasa.io automates the process of regular newsletter creation and keeps us engaged and in front of our most important constituents with only a few clicks.  As a startup accelerator with over 14k active subscribers we were struggling to produce consistent weekly news briefs derived from external sources that are relevant to our audience while also maintaining focus on running our core business. Rasa.io allowed us to set up a slack channel that our whole team can contribute to and automates the publishing process in a way that promotes relevancy based on user behavior and automatically fills in blanks around our content.  We drop in links for what we are reading this week, and rasa.io does the rest.  Our open rates have remained above 14% and click through rates and engagement with the content we post is strong.  I would highly recommend this platform for an affordable and effective alternative to laborious newsletter creation process in other, more conventional platforms.

**What do you dislike about rasa.io?**

initial launch process was scary, because we were not sure how our audience would react to this new stream of content, however the rasa.io team was great and incredibly hands on in walking us through the set-up process and allowing us to phase implementation starting with a beta test in a subsegment of our audience.  It also takes some getting used to that you don't see what every user sees when the finished product goes out.  However, I have been incredibly encouraged by IRL feedback that I have gotten from our constituents citing articles articles and other media that we have pushed through rasa.io.  This tells me the algorithms are working and our audience is engaged.  I also send myself several versions via different email addressed, that has given me a useful work around.  Overall, this is a great educational tool for our community.

We would not have the ability to produce content at this production level and with this level of consistency without rasa.io.  It has improved our workflows tremendously and enabled a small team to produce great results by leveraging back-end technology to simplify and fill gaps.

**What do you like best about rasa.io?**

I have been using the rasa.io Smart Newsletter platform for nearly a year and have been absolutely blown away by the results.  I did a little research and it seems that the average open rate of an email newsletter is about 15 to 20% but the open rate on my newsletter has consistently been 55% or higher.  Because the platform is so easy to use I have been able to produce super high-quality content on a much more frequent basis, however, the thing that people love about the newsletter is how the artificial intelligence algorithm is constantly improving the curation of my content specifically to the interests of each individual reader which creates extremely strong engagement.  I’ve used both Constant Contact and MailChimp and they can’t deliver anything even close to what the rasa.io Smart Newsletter can.  I use a blog, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, but my Smart Newsletter is by far the most effective marketing tool for our organization.

**What do you dislike about rasa.io?**

At this point, there is nothing that displeases me about the platform.

**Recommendations to others considering rasa.io:**

If you want to have a newsletter that is novel and creates a very high level of engagement than I believe this is the right platform for you.  Super easy to work with them, very easy to use the platform, does not cost much and delivers fantastic results.

**What problems is rasa.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I want to drive a higher level of engagement with my followers and increase the number of quality people on my email list and this platform has accomplished both.  My followers absolutely love the idea that the algorithm is constantly customizing their newsletters just for them, this is a big selling point.  Also, the open rate is off the chain which means that my message is getting delivered to many more people than it did before when I was using other platforms.  Because it is super easy to use it takes me a fraction of the time to curate content that my followers find valuable.  All around, this has been a great solution for what I'm trying to achieve, I couldn't imagine something that would do a better job.

As the president of a digital ad agency, the rasa.io platform has been a total winner for us on a few levels.  First, in terms of performance, we’re seeing ever-increasing open and click-through rates for our email newsletter.  Second, it takes us virtually no time at all to create.  Their AI keeps improving the relevance of the content we share.  And, third, it’s helping us stay front and center with our clients and prospects.

Very user friendly and easy to setup! We are a startup with not a ton of time, and rasa has given us the opportunity to stay top of mind to all of our clients without us having to think about it. Great customer service too!

Had some initial kinks with it being such a new software, but the customer service makes up for that!

Get on it! Especially if you need something that is mindless and super user friendly.

Problems rasa has solved for us involve having to constantly think of new topics for weekly emails out to clients along with designing a email weekly. The fact that it's all on a schedule too helps a ton!

it can feel a little complicated when you first start, but you'll get the hang of it after your first send!

newsletters are A LOT of work, but not with Rasa.io! I spend 20 minutes a week to create a newsletter that would take me hours before.

I like there easy to use portal where i can also import my contacts from third party tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Mailchimp and many more. I can also use enormous email templates for my newsletters and can customize easily.

Nothing till now. Just expect they will keep adding exciting features and makes our life easy like they always do.

Previously it was a big headache for us to have email templates designed for our company's newsletter. But now with Rasa.io our newsletter management is done easily and in the best manner that we could never have achieved.

The platform design is easy and takes the drudgery out of content curation. It allows us to leverage other content for our purposes. The analytics that we get are unique to us, but reflect what our content resources provide. It reflect trends that they cannot access of obtain.

It's super easy to use. With other 'newsletter' solutions we always had to create the actual newsletter. With rasa.io it's done completely for us. Imagine never creating a newsletter again and getting a higher level of engagement than when you did. That's been our experience.

My rasa.io newsletter is a fantastic compilation of my favorite digital marketing blogs and industry thought leaders. Over time, the AI has tailored the feed to my interests and is serving more relevant content every day. It's also super easy to use and setup. I am also not familiar with another email newsletter product that auto-curates the daily feed and personalizes it to the user (based on their activity and clicks). You can't get much better than that.

Not much to dislike. The product has matured over time and I honestly have nothing to complain about.

Serving relevant content to subscribers that adjusts to their content consumption and personalizes the newsletter. No more one-to-many newsletters. Now it's only one-to-one!

Super simple to spin up rasa.io campaigns in <1 day

Once your data sources are set and templates chosen, there is no need to draft emails to your subscribers on a regular basis as rasa.io automates that process

Performance is 2x-3x that of our email nurture campaigns sent through our CRM as well as through 3rd-party ESB's like MailChimp

**What do you dislike about rasa.io?**

It does not completely replace the need for CRM or another 3rd party ESB when you want to send specific email communication to your subscribers

rasa.io needs more integrations or a Zapier-like solution that allows data integration across different applications in a WYSIWYG way

**What problems is rasa.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending emails on a regular basis (2x per week) when previously we were lucky to get a single email newsletter out of the door once per month

Performance is 2x-3x better than any other ESB we have used in the past
